The Blind Factory Leeds Omdömen

First class service, ordered blinds for a bedroom. Neil came to measure the windows excellent advice Even looked at a broken blind and repaired it straight away.
Fitted blinds looked amazing. Very professional service will not hesitate to use again

I’ve just had my 10 year old wooden slat blinds re strung by Neil. I cannot thank Emma and Neil enough for such a wonderful job. My blinds are like brand new. Not expensive at all and saved from landfill - fabulous job and would highly recommend them.

The service I received from The blind factory was second to none.

Emma and Neil was nothing but professional. 5 star service

I am so happy with my blinds which was done over a month ago.

A difficult job, matching the colour of different blinds from different manufacturers. The result is first class, and the job was completed punctually and courteously. Many thanks.

Fabulous service as always - friendly, on time, fitted perfectly. Blinds look absolutley great!!
Would absolutely recommend!
Thank you so much

We had the pleasure of working with Neil and Emma for the selection and fitting of bespoke roller blinds for our bedroom. Attention to detail is second to none, all delivered with a professional and friendly service. As we continue our house renovation this will not be the only time we call on their services. Support local business and get your blinds from The Blind Factory Leeds.

10/10 service. Neil & Emma were very helpful and professional throughout. The choosing of the blinds was easy and Emma knew exactly what we were looking for and then the organising and fitting of the blinds was seamless!

Would recommend!

This family firm was a delight to deal with, friendly, efficient, competent and they did exactly what they said they would do.
Great blinds, well installed. They do a huge range of things so there is something for everyone. They did a complicated fitting with no fuss and it all looks great.
I recommend this company very highly.

We have just moved into our flat, with windows on two sides of the lounge. We contacted The Blind Factory and Neil measured up the 9 blinds for the lounge and two bedrooms. He advised us on the best choice of fabric and colour. A few weeks later, Neil returned and fitted the blinds quickly and professionally. They look great and do exactly what they need to do. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would certainly recommend The Blind Factory, Leeds.

Absolutley top notch. Stress and hassle free. Every step just really easy and how it should be. Had a couple of blinds measured and fitted. Couldn't have been more professional, approachable and helpful. Would use again and highly recommend. Thanks for the great job - Paul.

From the professional advice to the measure up and the final fitting, The Blind Factory really do provide a first class service.

It's so nice when you see 'family run business' on a website, that this is delivered in reality. Lovely people who can't do enough to help. Great communication to keep you up to date and a very professional fitting service.

We've had blinds fitted in the living room and will be returning for more in the kitchen. Can't recommend enough.

Paula & Ash

just had the blinds fitted that we ordered a couple of weeks ago.
I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the service we have had from the Blind factory. from the first meeting with Neil, who came to measure up, to working with Emma around the appointments and paying the deposit.
fitting day was great, quick, clean and all tidied away. Neil fitted 2 blinds in under an hour.
i would reccomend this company to anyone looking to replace their existing blinds.

Just want to say thank you very much for the service. After using a previous company who had blinds hanging very poorly to my window frame and refusing to change them, The Leeds Blind Factory were great at providing ones that fitted perfectly. Neil was great on the installation, very friendly and talked through how to use the blinds correctly - Emma answered all my questions and provided great advice on the size of tape that would be most appropriate for my style of windows. I would highly recommend using this local business. Thank you both!

Fantastic family run business with a focus on quality and customer care.
From first to last the service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the first initial enquiry to the fitting they were totally professional. The quality of the blind is excellent and the price, well lets put it this way I thought there was a nought missing when I got the quote as we’ve used a different company in the past who were so much more expensive. Both Emma and Neil are polite and friendly. Neil came to do the measure up and fit during the Covid pandemic and he wore a face mask and sanitised his hands without being asked to do so. He also wore covers on his feet to protect our carpets from any dirt from outside. Totally totally professional. Will definitely use The Blind Factory Leeds again. Thank you

Very disappointed with the poor customer service received from Emma. Having made an appointment three weeks ago, she rang us 30 minutes before our appointment time, to cancel as she was working from home today to wait in for a delivery and had only just looked in the diary and seen our appointment. Luckily we managed at very short notice to contact another company who did want our business and we were able to put in an order for new blinds for three large windows.

Many thanks to Emma and co, you had previously done our blinds and had been recommended you through a friend. So glad we chose this company, great service and very Hubble people from start to finish. Never had any issues answering questions etc. Highly recommend them, great prices and genuinely lovely company. Thank you for the blinds, they compliment and go with our aesthetics for the rest of the house!

Many thanks to Neil and Emma for doing a excellent job all through the ordering and fitting of our blinds fantastic job would recommend them to anyone
Thanks again Diane

From the moment we enquired about blinds for our conservatory Emma and Neil were great. Neil came to measure and explained the products available so clearly. They are beautiful and very easy to use considering they are motorised. Charles and Aneesa

I have bought many blinds from Neil over the years and the service and quality has been top notch. You pay for the great advice, knowledge and expert installation. Thanks for another great experience, we are delighted with the venetians supplied and installed today.
