I had a fantastic experience with this company! The service was great, and the customer service team was amazing, always ready to help and answer questions. My parcel arrived in Melbourne in less than 2 weeks, which was impressive. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and the speed of delivery. Highly recommend!

i’m suspicious so for now i wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website!!!!
Do not order from this website!!!!! i have emailed countless times with no response and i don’t expect to receive anything from them based of the other reviews i’ve seen, i was silly to be trusting of a company i haven’t ordered from and now im 1k down and like i said don’t expect to receive anything in “20 days” and if something is received past the 20 days i wont even be in the country as i was expecting a 1 day dispatch and transit time of 4-6 working days, like i said have emailed and message and opened tickets over a week ago with no response, i will update/ change my review if i receive the products as advertised!
edit its now been almost 3 weeks and still no shipping

Arnaque ! Ils n'envoient pas les produits, et le service client ne répond pas aux messages.
Edit: Suite à mon commentaire, j'ai reçu un colis, donc 47 jours après ma commande ! et ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé !! c'est incroyable. Je les ai donc contactés le jour même pour leur signaler, j'ai eu en réponse "qu'ils allaient ouvrir une enquête pour clarifier et évaluer la situation". Je leur ai demandé un bon de retour pour leur renvoyer leur marchandise et avoir mon remboursement. Cela fait 7 jours, je les ai relancés 2 fois et aucune réponse... Comment vous décrire le service client... je vous laisse juger par vous même. Quelle erreur j'ai faite de commander sur ce site. Ils constatent leurs erreurs mais ne trouvent pas de solutions rapidement. J'attends juste un bon de retour et mon remboursement...

Do not buy from this company! Not a legitimate website! I bought a car seat from here and it said shipping in 0-1days and I even paid for express, more than a week later I’ve tried contacting them via their 24/7 phone care several times! The phone just rings and no one ever answers it! I emailed with no response aswell! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Edit: finally got a reply and out of all the questions I asked the only response I got was “where does it say we ship in 24hrs” I replied with a screenshot from their site.
Edit. Well they finally sent the car seat and I did get it! It was the wrong colour! I ordered jade green and they send me a brown car seat! Also it came broken the left side doesn’t lock into place where the right side does! I’ve emailed three times and opened two tickets on their website and they are completely ghosting me now. Chair is useless as it’s unsafe in its broken condition.

Hi Lia, the product page on website clearly showed, at time of purchase, a delivery time of 14 business days, which is approximately 20 calendar days. You claim to have shared a screenshot with us that apparently shows otherwise, but I am afraid that we have not received it. We are eager to investigate the matter but we need your help. Can you kindly send that screenshot again?
