I ordered 15 baskets of two different types & they came promptly, on time, well packaged & all matched beautifully. Quality baskets too - each one looked perfect. Very happy!

Amazing customer sevice
I bought a log basket from The Basket Company site which was delivered 16th June. I unpacked it, disposed of all the packaging and then had to wait for some home renovations to be completed before putting it in place... and it didn't fit! I got in touch with the company by email to see if I could swap it for a smaller size some 10 days later and they could not have been more helpful. Big shout out to Sam who personally checked the actual dimensions of the smaller baskets in stock to make sure it would fit and for sorting out a drop off of the new basket and pick up of the old one in one visit with DPD. Smooth sailing and an object lesson in warm, friendly, responsive and efficient customer service. And I love my new log basket too :-)

Beautiful wicker window box
The item arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept up to date at all points and I’m delighted with my wicker window box. Would definitely buy from this company again. This is my second purchase from them and their goods are solidly made to a high standard. The only slight issue I have is the window box is lined with black plastic but not sure how to ensure the plants have sufficient drainage. No doubt I’ll work it out.

Thank you so much for the review and for recommending us Sheila. We’re so pleased you’re happy with your purchase and the service received. That’s great to hear. We do advise on all of our outside planters with liners, to create drainage holes, simply pierce the lining several times to allow any excess water to flow freely.
