High quality baskets

The whole was good
The whole experience when dealing with this company was good. Nothing was too much trouble especially when the first baskets we’d chosen didn’t fit and had to go back. Returning them was seamless and booked by The Basket Company so that the return coincided with the replacements delivery.

I would put zero or minus stars because…
I would put zero or minus stars because of my first contact with this company wasn’t pleasant.
Waiting for the items I wish to buy to come into stock now they have that’s great signed up for the newsletter which gives you 10% discount
At this moment in time, they have a sale on they’ve sucked me into signing up to get the extra 10% and nowhere on their website does it say you can’t use the 10% and they’re not prepared to honour it. As far as I’m concerned this is false trading. Although they disagree when speaking to them on the phone but they can’t find anywhere on their website that says I can’t use the 10%.
Totally unfair, therefore not going to be purchasing from them even though I was recommended from a family member

Our promotions have always been intended to be used individually, with only one discount or promotion applying at a time and as we currently have our 20% off promotion, other codes won't be accepted during that time. However, we completely understand your concern that this was not made clear enough, and we will be reviewing our wording and making changes where appropriate.
