I ordered 15 baskets of two different types & they came promptly, on time, well packaged & all matched beautifully. Quality baskets too - each one looked perfect. Very happy!

A beautifully made basket
A beautifully made basket perfect for our needs (maximising wasted space in the top of a wardrobe). The lining means delicate clothes don’t snag. Good choice of dimensions, will be purchasing more.

Christmas tree planters
I ordered antique wash baskets for three Christmas trees and couldn’t have been happier with them. There was a small issue with the delivery, but I was able to speak to someone at the company straight away, and they were extremely helpful. The baskets look fantastic, and the trees turned out even better than I had hoped. I would definitely recommend this company — lovely people to deal with. Many thanks to Ian for his help.

The basket was bought to match one…
The basket was bought to match one bought a few years ago from you, which is neither honey nor grey and buff in colour and the wicker is a noticeably smaller gauge/ diameter, when they are placed side by side. So disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Denise. Please be assured we take customer feedback very seriously. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your order and that it doesn’t match the basket you bought from us 3 years ago. All our baskets are handmade from natural materials and as a consequence we get shade and size variations as advertised on all our listings. When a customer orders multiple baskets at the same time, we always do our best to match the baskets up. If the basket you received is very different from your original one then please do email us a picture of it to enquiries@thebasketcompany.com so we can check you’ve been sent the correct one.
