Ginsin it's amazing
Ginsin it's amazing, I first discovered this on holiday in Cyprus as I'd recently given up alcohol.
It was wonderful to feel like you an adult and can still enjoy a drink without the after effects of alcohol.
The price is reasonable and delivery and packaging excellent.

Excellent service
Excellent service - I emailed to see if the product would arrive in time and received a quick reply. I ordered it that day and it arrived as planned in very secure packaging. Would definitely buy again from here. I can’t easily buy this product elsewhere so was pleased to be able to get it.

Awful but my fault entirely
My fault entirely. I thought I might find something that tastes a whole lot better than the stuff I bought. It really is an acquired taste. Undrinkable, for me.

I have never used this company before and I had a little query. Tom was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even went the extra mile of upgrading my order to ensure I received my package in good time, did I mention this was at no extra cost! Excellent communication throughout.
The Rum, Coconut flavour, G&T, Mojiito etc were all a hit. I blinked and they were all gone!

thank you for the review, as you can see from your tracking that was emailed to you we dispatched the item a week ago, im not sure what the hold up was there end, i expect it was something to do with the two bank holidays and extra volume going through the network with less working days, but i can see its scheduled to be with you tomorrow between 11:09am - 3:09pm - if you need another copy of the tracking link sending over please let me know.
Great Customer Service
Initial despatch was prompt however couriers damaged the the box in transit & returned it to sender without notifying me. When contacted Alcohol Free as package had not turned up, they traced it identified the problem & sent replacement by next day delivery so that it arrived in time even though that was Coronation Saturday. It was with me by 10.30am. That is excellent customer service. Thank you

Good range of products
Good range of products, easy website.
Good experience, delivery was a little slow. My purchase was 2 boxes. One arrived really quickly the other sat in the delivery depot for a few days more.

Company great. Whiskey terrible!
The company supplying the product were great. But the alcohol free ‘whiskey’ I bought was possibly the most disguised thing I’ve ever tasted. A cross between a flat dandelion and burdock meets, oh I don’t know, something truly awful 😬
