Lines busy. Unable to get through. Spoke to an AI robot instead.
I seen a quote online. I wanted to phone and discuss the quote and level of cover before purchasing. I was unable to get through over the phone.No return to my call. I moved to the online chat. This was un-helpful. Spoke to an AI robot. If it is this difficult getting through, then making a car insurance claim, I believe would be very difficult. First impressions, not good. This is off putting from the get go.

Our call handlers work as quickly and efficiently as they can to get through all calls to help our customers, during busy times we'd always ask that you stay on the line, as hanging up and redialling puts you to the back of the queue. Our online chat does start with AI to help answer simple queries, but if you need a little more help it'll pass you over to a live chat agent to get things sorted.

Disappointed took out breakdown cover and my insurance and thought I had more than roadside assistance went to you from RAC but now I had to upgrade cost me £189 so should of stayed were I was as I have just gone with you for both I would expect the option to pay monthly for my misunderstanding the guy that attended was brilliant I must say but feel you could do more to help in these times

Hi Kristian, we're sorry to hear you've been left feeling unhappy. We've taken a look at your membership and can see the cover was bought online, this explains the options available and what cover comes with each of them so have you have the chance to choose which cover best suits your needs. We've also checked the breakdown job and see that you needed to upgrade to National Recovery, the upgrade of the service has been added to your monthly direct debit, and the new amount is confirmed in the email we sent, this also explains the surcharge upgrade for being in a broken-down situation and needing a different service. The cost for the surcharge and the extra mileage isn't something we can add to the monthly payment, we would need those to be paid at the time of upgrading for us to provide service. We hope your car's back on the road again ASAP.

I went with The AA because they were cheapest quote and the woman I spoke to were very polite and understanding that she answered all my questions and there were no confusion like the way with the other ones after I found them just go to the app and look on that that’s what I got with the people for other she didn’t she answered all my questions every time my phone founder says yes no problem. It’s all sorted, which is good.
