The support works, processes are fast and you get clear answers. I am not giving 5 stars because the platform BlackArrow is not very friendly and payouts are taking longer to be processed since last month. But it is definitelly a reliable Prop Firm, strongly recommended.

I’ve never had any issues with 5ers…
I’ve never had any issues with 5ers before they paired with black arrow. Then suddenly a connection was lost when I was halfway through my evaluation target (black arrow apparently claimed I had left a futures position open over the weekend, which I had not). 5ers did not restore my account but did give me $100 credit to buy another eval. I used it to get a high stakes CFD account; Not touching their futures again. I’m mainly leaving this review to encourage 5ers to drop black arrow and get a reliable platform for their futures platform. They are still the most trustworthy propfirm in my opinion, but that’s assuming this doesn’t keep happening.

Inconsistencias en los bloqueos
De todas las cuentas de fondeo he tenido la única que me ha dado problemas son ustedes desde el primer momento bloquearon mi cuenta sin explicación tuve que escribir varias veces para que se dieran cuenta que el error era de ustedes. Vuelvo a operar y entonces vuelven y bloquean mi cuenta sin haber alcanzado el límite de perdida que son 750 dólares y solo llevaba 495 por lo que tenía un balance 255 para seguir operando. El soporte es muy lento y da explicaciones que no han investigado por eso tienen que retractarse. Eso no está bien porque si revisan verán que tengo balance a disposición y mi cuenta está bloqueada.

Helpfull support team and sorted out the issue highlighted earlier. They are professional and all queries , feedback are handled perfectly.
The 5%ers prop firm provides the Blackarrow trading platform for futures trading, and I was operating a funded futures account. However, I encountered a serious issue while placing a trade—the platform displayed errors, and the default margin for mini/micro trades suddenly increased by 80%. At the same time, the candlestick patterns behaved abnormally.
Before I could fully assess the situation, the trade closed unsuccessfully. Due to the sudden increase in margin, the loss amount also rose significantly. Previously, the margin call for mini/micro trades was around $3–$4, but it unexpectedly jumped to $84. This amount is huge when the max loss is only 750$
I contacted Blackarrow support, and they acknowledged the issue and agreed to investigate. I also reached out to 5%ers support, but they dismissed my concern without properly understanding the problem.
As a result of this platform glitch, I lost my funded account through no fault of my own. Two days later, I re-downloaded the platform, and it began functioning normally again. The Blackarrow team followed up with me twice to better understand the issue, which I appreciate.
The 5%ers support team should demonstrate more patience and take the time to listen to traders’ concerns rather than assuming the issue is always on the trader’s side.”
