They can't handle issues
They can't handle issues. The issues part of your lossing they don't refund and even when you purchase they toke more than the challenge in the debit card.

Shitty platform
Shitty platform. Shitty Broker. I mean they Intentionally use Blackarrow as their platform so people can easily fail. Why not use tradovate and others. Worst experience. Don't trade with the BLACKARROW, Don't trade with the BLACKARROW, Don't trade with the BLACKARROW. IT WILL ALMOST TAKE YOUR LIFE

Pathetic support
Pathetic support. Their own system and support staff say different things. There are only standard answers for questions and now I am stressed about the fact that if the same issues come in funded then what is the point of even making a profit since they can easily deny making up some wrong storyline.
