The Laser Boutique Omdömen

Wonderful item for a birthday gift. Just as described and customer service was brilliant! Especially when I messaged to ask if the personalisation could be in Italian. Very helpful and brilliant throughout! Thank you so much, it turned out beautiful.

The multi tools that I ordered are perfect! Ordered them as gifts for groomsmen and father of the bride and they are spot on, so much better than expected! Over the moon ❤️

Unfortunately engraved product was damaged in transit but customer service was excellent and a replacement was speedily sent out as was a gift. Thank you Philip for your help. Fiona

Fantastic, friendly and efficient customer service when I accidentally missed something off my order - I received a phone call within minutes of sending an email and all was resolved within 15 minutes.

Order was posted promptly, well packaged, arrived quickly, great quality.

Would absolutely recommend and would buy from again.

The quality of the toy farm you can easily shut all the farm into the box easily to pack away. I had one a few years ago and was well pleased for my great niece when she finished playing with it she handed in down to her sister. Now I have bought one for my granddaughter who I am sure will love playing with the farm too.Denise

We bought this as a gift for my cousin, the delivery was super fast and I was delighted with what we got, will definitely be ordering again.

Perfect present for 80th birthday beautifully engraved

I got a custom wooden planter for an anniversary present. It arrived quickly and looks great!

Really happy with the products i ordered they are exactly like the photo online. The process was super easy and delivery was really fast! Only took around 2 days which is amazing! However one thing to point out, apple pay didn’t seem to be working on the website for checkout, however entering card details still worked. Hopefully this could be rectified to make checkout seamless and easy

I ordered in the evening, item dispatched next day. Incredibly happy with the product.

Quick delivery. Packaged well. Lovely present.

I wanted a special gift for a neighbour who had volunteered to cut my enormous and completely overgrown hedge, a mammoth job and one that took over eight hours to complete. Despite never having cut a hedge before, he made a fantastic job of it. How best to thank him? ‘I wonder if anyone sells bespoke garden shears online’ I thought…..and there is! The Laser Boutique came up trumps with my thank you message inscribed across both handles of a nifty pair of shears and the recipient was absolutely chuffed to bits! An easy-to-access website, prompt despatch and great value. Thank you, Laser Boutique! 😊

Really easy website to use. Super quick delivery, and the item is lovely.

Great communication and product, highly recommend

I used the laser boutique for a personalised gift for my Nan’s birthday. Unfortunately I only come across their website a few days before so it wouldn’t be delivered in time. I emailed the email address on their website and their customer service was excellent. They were so helpful and helped arrange the gift to be delivered in time. I ordered a personalised flower planter and I was so pleased with it when it arrived. It is beautiful and exactly what I was after. I’m so grateful to the team for their assistance and perfectly made gift. Thank you so much.

Lovely company with a great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them, extremly helpful and quick turnaround from order to delivery. Many thanks.

Fast delivery and exactly as described. Very pleased with the service and will use again in the future
