The Laser Boutique Omdömen

Amazing products of excellent quality. I'm over the moon with my purchase and will almost certainly be purchasing again

Ordered 2 personalised picky bits boards. They arrived promptly & were actually far better quality than I thought they’d be. Great value. Definitely recommend.

So pleased with the gardeners bag I purchased for my sister. Very good quality and excellent durable material. Company very proactive with enquiries, and dealt with my issue with delivery, which was not their fault at all. Totally recommended. I may have to visit their website again!!! Thank you x

Amazing quality, ordered through Etsy for my grandmother’s birthday and it turned out amazing! Super fast delivery too considering I ordered last minute! Will definitely order from Laser boutique in the future! Thank you so much!

This is my 3rd baby box for my kids! I absolutely love them
Thank you so much

Packing was terrible working at a mail order company myself we would never send anything like that out , also the stands had come away at one end so had to tap them back in myself.Didn’t complain as it had to go straight away for a birthday present

Excellent service, arrived in a couple of days very good product and engraving brilliant, would definitely use again

Fabulous gift. Swift delivery. Very pleased

Fast and efficient delivery. Excellent communication, product as described and will make a lovely gift.

I’m really pleased with my planter trug, it’s well made and the personalisation makes it an extra special anniversary gift for my parents.

I ordered a personalised Viners children's cutlery set, and it was everything I expected. The engraving is beautiful and it was delivered really fast! It will make a perfect and lasting gift for my granddaughter. The quality is superb. Thank you!

Brilliant service and my friend was very happy with her birthday gift.

A unique gift for friends at Christmas. Well made and well packed. Arrived quickly. Would recommend as something different.

I absolutely love the key rings i ordered, they are beautiful made and also make such special gifts for loved ones and friends. I will definitely order more in the future

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with the Laser Boutique! The quality of the engraved wooden pocket knife and multi tool was excellent, especially for the price. The engraving itself was perfect and the recipient was over the moon. We paid slightly extra for the faster delivery and it was with us, well packaged, within days as promised. It would be helpful to consider that if you are looking for a 'professional heavy duty' multi tool like a leatherman, then you need to be prepared to pay the price for one of those. But if you are looking for something of good quality, much lower price, that will be useful and also more personalised, than this is the way to go!

Fast, affordable and the perfect gift for a friend who has everything. Can't wait to see her face when she opens it.

This was a gift for my daughter who just qualified as a paediatric nurse I bought a gift box to put the watch in but unfortunately the box is too big for the gift to fit into the velvety slots to hold the watch securely the slots to insert at the edge of each side of the watch are too far apart to hold each side of the top of the watch so buying the box was a waste of time. The box is there to display the watch when you open it but this cannot do this.

I ordered on 14 August and paid for 1st Class delivery, but my parcel still hasn’t arrived.

I contacted The Laser Boutique and was told on 21 August that they would chase it up. I followed up again on 24 August but have heard nothing since.

I’m now having to raise a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back.

Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing. I would think twice before ordering from them.
