When I received my halo hair I loved it! The color was a perfect match but I realized that i choose a length that was too long. and it didn't look or feel right for me.
I emailed Thathair and they immediately took care of everything. They are ROCKSTARS!!

So far my experience has not been positive. I want to return my items, because even without taking them from the package, they do not look like the color would be a match. I have emailed the customer service multiple times with no response. Girlies out there, please do not buy from this brand. I wish I had believed the negative reviews out there. Total rip off. DO NOT DO IT!!! What a terrble company.

The color match guarantee is a scam. You cannot verify the color of the item until you open the package, but once you have opened the package, you cannot return the item. Save your money.

Do not buy from this brand. The hair quality is absolutely terrible — it feels like cheap synthetic hair and tangles constantly. I received the wrong size, and when I raised the issue, they refused a return because the package had been opened. How else was I supposed to check the size and quality without opening it?

They then sent a replacement, which was just as bad — same fake-looking, poor-quality hair. I clearly told them I would return both and requested a refund, and now they have completely stopped responding.

This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor product, poor service, and zero accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

My halo came fast. I ordered 3 different sets because I wasn't sure which would match the best. The first one I tried on was a perfect match. I did it quickly, so I haven't had a chance to properly style it, but I'm incredibly happy so far!

Sorry to say that the Halo I ordered was not great. I took it out of the bag and it was folded in thirds. This left creases between the clips and no matter what I do, I can’t get rid of them. The creases poke out of my hair. I will never order agsin
