The item deviated slightly from the one shown online. Thahab first contacted me and showed me the pictures. I was ok and the delivery was fast. Can recommend👍

Where to even begin... I placed an order, paid through Paypal (thank god for that)- 4 days later still no shipping, I contacted them through mail and wapp call- nothing. I started investigating this website and realised that I could have additional tax fees since I'm in Croatia and decided to cancel an order and mailed them about my decision. The next day customer service agent called me on wapp and told me that I can't cancel an order because their partner boutique already shipped the bag to them- in Kuwait 😂 I said that I bought from web called eu.thahab.com and how the hell was I supposed to know they ship from Kuwait (there is no warning for international customers about tax duties and fees when you make an order). The agent try to convince me not to cancel, he said that they will mark package as a gift and I would have no problems with customs then. I didn't want to risk it and ask to cancel my order anyway. He said ok and send me wapp message confirming that the order was canceled.
After two days there was still no refund or mail with order cancellation so I mailed them again. They replied that they still couldn't cancel the order (even though the agent had previously confirmed to me via WhatsApp that it had been cancelled). After that, I wrote a harsh email threatening to write negative comments on all sites including Trustpilot and then the agent called me AGAIN. He said that their website policy states that order cancellations are not possible and they offered to pay the customs costs in full. I said that I don't want to deal with them anymore and ask them to cancel my order immediately, but the agent told me that I could cancel, but that they would deduct the costs of sending the package to Kuwait in the amount of €60 from my refund. Let me remind you again- I'm still in Croatia (have you ever heard anything more illogical?!)
I didn't know what to do anymore and said that I would get back to them. Of course I didn't because they are a bunch of unprofessional lunatics and I contacted Paypal and asked for the card transaction to be cancelled. After 3 days, Paypal refunded my money (10 days from the order). Thahab contacted me several more times via WhatsApp and email to ask if they should cancel the order or send it, and of course I didn't respond, then they wrote me an email saying they would refund my money, after deducting the related charges incurred - including shipping, customs, and handling fees - for shipping the item from and back to our boutique partner, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Paypal has already refunded me so I didn't care anymore. They can deduct it from the air now 🤣
What can I say...? You can't make something like this up even if you wanted to. The worst and most pointless online shopping experience of my life.

I hardly ever write reviews but this online store was a surprise find so I felt compelled to.
I found an item at a price far better than anywhere else so I decided to take the chance.
There's good and bad, so let's start with the bad. It's a marketplace similar to Farfetch, they don't actually hold stock; they source from other boutiques who have the physical item and sell on their behalf essentially. However, unlike Farfetch who authorise the boutique to ship directly to you, THAHAB gets the item sent to them first and then they repackage and send to you after. This protracts the time you would usually get your item had to you ordered elsewhere.
Also, in my experience, if you want a quicker response to queries use the webchat; they didn't pick up my email or WhatsApp message for a couple of days, but where immediate with web chat.
OK that's the bad out the way.
Now, for the good -- I found an item at a great price, the item you receive is authentic, luxuriously packaged in a THAHAB gift box and sent with DHL Express shipping ( who are the best in logistics, - for free), so from ordered to delivered it took 8 days (5 working days).
Returning items seems to be a process though, so I would advise to do your homework and ensure you are ordering the correct product, size, colour etc.
Overall very pleased, and would not hesitate to order again.

Excellent customer service and collection and quality

This was my first purchase from Thahab, however the experience is excellent, while clicking my size i accidentally picked a wrong Size but I immediately wrote to them since my payment was already debited but they confirmed that the requested size will be sent and they indeed kept the promise, Happy to recommend them and will definitely consider buying from them again in future soon.

Efficiency and good customer service in addition to prompt delivery

I had a great experience and really enjoyed purchasing on Thahab website. Especially it was a pleasure dealing with their Concierge Team - they responded quickly and provided excellent customer support.

I placed an order for a Roger Vivier sneaker. But some problem arose with delivering to my country. I was very thrilled and disappointed with this situation.

But together with Concierge Team, through correspondence, we found a solution. So I easily re-ordered my sneakers to the address in another country and my package was fast and smoothly shipped to it.
