Customer support was excellent. The quality of the product is premium.

My complaint is more than just a complaint; it is an open letter intended to expose the utter fraud that this e-scooter brand, TEVERUN, really is.
TEVERUN sells scooters that not only cause countless problems of various kinds, but above all electronic faults – as in my case – and, more recently, software issues.
Unfortunately, that isn’t the biggest problem; the biggest problem is the complete lack of customer support. They refer you to their representatives, who in turn refer you back to TEVERUN – it is an absolute and total scam. They present themselves as a top-tier brand when, in reality, they are no better than the most basic, low-quality scooters. Admittedly, they do have a better presentation, but if we look at the problems they actually present and the repair costs that have to be borne by the customer – because there is no honouring of warranties or customer support from the brand – it’s a shame I can’t post the links to the videos and conversations with TEVERUN here so that people can see the truth about the scam that is this TEVERUN brand. It’s obvious that, amidst all the rubbish sold by TEVERUN, there are a few lucky ones who have fewer breakdowns or lower repair costs; however, even amongst those lucky few, I don’t believe there’s a single one who hasn’t had problems, just as if it were a cheap scooter.
This is simply the truth from an unfortunate owner of three TEVERUN scooters: namely, the Fighter Supreme 7260R V5 and 7260 Ultra, both from 2026, and a Fighter Mini Pro, version 2.0, also from 2026.
The truth is that this is a brand that is literally a scam, which provides no customer support whatsoever, and whose warranty is nothing but a sham because there is no way whatsoever to enforce it.
I’ll say it again: it’s a shame that Trustpilot doesn’t allow evidence to be posted in order to factually expose the scam that is TEVERUN.

Dear Sirs, in response to your supposed reply, I'm not sure if it's just your stupidity or outright foolishness and incompetence. So, stop being so stupid as to assume that using this email address means it's the same email I used to make the purchase, thus justifying your incompetence and ridiculous customer service. My dear sirs, your fraudulent way of acting cannot be justified by stupid and foolish explanations; rather, it reveals your total incompetence and irresponsible attitude. That you're not used to being called by your real names is one thing, but don't pretend to be reputable when you're merely a bunch of fraudulent Chinese people with a company called TEVERUN trying to deceive people with schemes. People like me, who bought a supposedly quality product in good faith, only to find that the service is worse than low-priced scooters, with non-existent customer service and false warranties, are typical of a fraudulent company, not a serious one. Go sell the rest of your scams to the Chinese in your own country; don't try to push them on Europeans, because we're not a bunch of idiots putting up with your tricks. This kind of response is typical of companies made up of swindlers who commonly devise fraudulent schemes to deceive customers and avoid fulfilling their obligations. So keep in mind that no matter how many scams you try to pull, you've never been anything more than a bunch of fraudulent Chinese people.

service was fine, honestly can't complain because the throttle is WAY softer than the stock one.

ho acquistato un monopattino teverun blade mini ultra il giorno,20/09, non ho ricevuto nessuna mail di conferma... dopo svariate mail inviate da me, mi dicono che l'indirizzo è incompleto senza specificare altro. Avendo io pagato tramite paypal, l'indirizzo è correttamente indicato, inoltre ho inoltrato loro nuovamente l'indirizzo tramite mail e whatstapp. nessuna risposta. ad oggi 1200 euro persi. sconsigliatissimo, una vera e propria truffa. ho contattato anche la teverun global che mi ha risposto che essendo teverun-europe un distributore europeo non è possibile accedere ai loro ordini per controllare. ragazzi non comprate da loro.
ad oggi sto sperando che paypal mi restituisca il denaro, unica speranza. ordine numero 164593, aggiornamento del 23/09, dopo svariati tentativi e giorni mi è stato spedito l'articolo insieme alla fattura e alla conferma dell'ordine.. Speriamo finisca tutto bene. Grazie mille a teverun global per l'interesse mostrato nell'aiutarmi.
Aggiornamento del 29/09/2026 ho ritirato personalmente il pacco presso il corriere perché dhl freight ha un servizio penoso, comunque il prodotto era integro e perfetto. Da migliorare le istruzioni che vengono fornite in lingua Ceca e il servizio logistico. Per il resto tutto ok. Comunque il prodotto è spettacolare e molto al di sopra delle aspettative. Saluti.

My scooter was mixed up with another scooter now I’m waiting for them to ship it again

I just want to say that I'm very satisfied with the high level of quality of all I have bought from Teverun. I have driven with my Teverun Fighter + for more than one year now and every time it is incredible how great it works, driving, breaking, charging - have fun.

Correct shop, great items. Got a teverun escooter - not for coincidence. But not the best communication - a bit slow.

Buy anything from here - they are absolute correct!
