I bought the Uber turbine Rim Guards for my Model 3 with 20 uberturbines. It took very long for the product to arrive and it turned out that they sent me the wrong product! 20 inch induction…
I’m trying to get a refund since weeks, but they intentionally play on time and try to mislead you with their poor customer support! Can’t recommend!!!!!

They sent half the products that were advertised. Then told me remaining items were being sent, then they supposedly got stolen. So waited longer for another package, which is when I was told, the items were not listed properly online so I won’t be receiving anything else, and the previously “stolen” package was mysteriously returned to them so…..who got made a fool? Requested a refund and since then they stopped replying to my emails.

J'ai acheté une Tesla Model 3 d'occasion au hub de Maurepas le 26/12/2024. Le vendeur m'indique une date de livraison au 03/01/2025 avec peut-être une bonne surprise : une livraison plus rapide. Le 31/12/2024, j'appelle ma delivery advisor pour savoir où en était mon dossier. Elle m'annonce une livraison au 06/01/2025 car, avec les congés de fin d'année, c'est compliqué. Ensuite, aucune nouvelle ! Je rappelle le service commercial le 04/01/2025 car je ne sais pas si je peux aller chercher ma voiture le 06/01. Réponse : tout est bon pour nous. Nous allons nous renseigner pour savoir où est exactement la voiture et nous vous rappelons. Aucun retour de leur part au 05/01. C'est désolant de la part d'une entreprise qui se veut prémium en terme de service. J'en suis à regretter mon achat.

Purchased Rim Guards and they are GARBAGE. They don’t fit. No instructions. The company makes refunds impossible.

The soundproofing system is a waste of money. I’ve measured with a decibel reader BEFORE and AFTER. It was exactly the same noise level!
Just stay away from this false good idea!

Trotz richtiger laut anleitung installation nach 1 1/2 monaten lösen sich die Dichtungen.
Kein Austausch weil 1/2 monat zu spät

My opinion is that the Teslahubs noise reduction product is cheap with poor adhesion, bad fit, it caused my trunk to not close, my window rattles, plus I did not perceive a decrease in noise. The refund request form takes 30 minutes to complete, and their response is that they do not give refunds even if their advertising is not factual. The customer service phone number on the refund site is 123-456-789. Not happy.

I ordered the 'lights protector...' product came in poor packaging and damaged from the courier. Service at Teslahubs was non existent. They had me send in pictures and have never responded. Terrible service, they don't stand by their product.

**edit** after much back and forth along with multiple pictures highlighting product damage, Support finally conceded to shipping a replacement. Hopefully it will be in better packaging than flimsy clear plastic

I’ve ordered some roof racks but they have never arrived. It’s been over three weeks. Have made numerous phone calls on their 24 seven line. No answer. I’ve tried email numerous time. One response saying they’re working on it. Very bad Chinese company trying to front as a Western Co. Looks like I’ve lost my.$$$

Beware, I would definitely stay away!!

Total useless crap! Bought tesla noise reduction kit. It comes from China is cheap low quality crap. The seal came of in one day. Wont return money wants to get the seal returned.

Its impossible after they are installed. Total waste of time and money.

I ordered TeslaHubs ProGuard: Advance Noise Reduction & Weathetproofing Kit back in August 31, 2024 (Order# 6845). Around the time the item was being shipped I moved to a new location, which I had notified USPS to forward all mall/packages to the new location. As the item was getting close to its destination, my old location, the item was rerouted to an “individual at the address at 4:49 pm on September 28, 2024 in Springfield Gardens, NY 11413.” Tracking# 92612903198284000272303708. This item was “Forward Processed” to another location over an hour away from my location. My question is why was it forwarded to a totally different address which was not provided once I called USPS. SCAM! I reached out to TeslaHubs about my concern and they told me to reach out to my local USPS the postal service told me to reach out to TeslaHubs. My advice is don’t order anything from TeslaHubs whether the reviews say otherwise. There are a series of complaints, but nothing I getting done. I lost $80 & they failed to either refund me or resend my order.

Beware buying anything from Teslahubs - unpleasant interaction with them on their rim protectors - not as advertised arrived in unbranded packaging, nothing as described on website could have got same from
Temu for 1/4 price - requested refund as they state they offer 30 day money back guarantee - ignored emails and vague responses and only would offer store credit if I pay to return goods to China - DO NOT BUY

So I purchased from Tesla Hubs and I would not do it again. I purchased the weather stripping kit from Tesla Hubs for a Model 3. It just about 2 weeks for it to arrive from China. Not shipped from the US.

When I got the kit I noticed that the instructions were not readable, like it was either super old or maybe water damaged. However, there were some instructions on thier website. We followed the instructions and ended up with two segments that fell off about 1 week later. This was the drivers side rear door and the passenger side truck seal.

We contacted Tesla Hubs about the issue and got a response pretty quick (24 hours) asking to send a picture. We sent a picture the next day. Well about 11 days later I get a response from them recommending that I contact a service center as they may have a better adhesive.

So, I am unsatisfied with their customer service. What they should have done is sent two replacement seals to complete the project instead of taking to a service center for better adhesive.

If you want good customer support and a product that won’t fail, I would look elsewhere.

Company where they will require you to make a documentation why you are returning items. Bought carplay that is basically useless. It's just the same as just connecting your phone through the Bluetooth. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW IT BASICALLY NO RETURN POLICY

Purchased and fitted Proguard Noise Reduction kit as instructions..... has made no difference at all to noise. I would like my money back !!!
Used a decibel meter to record noise level inside the car before fitting Proguard. After fitting, recorded noise levels again over exactly the same stretch of road at the same speed, same time of day and same weather conditions. Readings before and after were exactly the same.

I like teslahubs products.

I’d rate this company as a negative nbr if I could. The product I received does not fit as advertised. It is unusable as is. I reached out them to return it and they responded with their return policy - they will not accept returns for items that have been opened. How would I know if it was not as advertised without opening the package? The product concept is great - roof sun shades. The reality is they do not fit the windows as advertised and I need to return it.
This company does not stand behind their products and advertising is not to be trusted.

Poor customer service following purchase of teslahubs rim protectors that did not fit my car, despite their website stating that they would.

No refund or offer to send replacements that fit, instead they just send poorly worded emails offering nothing.

Fortunately protected under consumer rights with a credit card purchase
