I love my TK-02! Not only does it make great espresso but it looks good on the counter too. I did have one issue with it, but the customer support team is amazing worked with me on fixing the issue.

Really great costumer service that responds in a timely manner. The machine itself is easy to use. I’ve had a few small issues here and there but the support team has been able to help!

We absolutely love our TK-02, the coffee tastes so much better than our previous machine that used k-cups. We did have an issue with the machine after receiving it, but customer service was responsive and quickly got a replacement sent out. They also made sure we were kept informed every step of the way.

I ordered the Demi along with a coffee subscription during the Black Friday Sale. My coffee was delivered by Dec. 3, but there wasn’t shipping updates for my machine. After inquiring via email, I was replied to within one hour by Alex and then within 2 days by the support team member Feder, who gave an explanation, update and contact info for questions. From there everything went smoothly, received my machine safely and have enjoyed getting comfortable with all settings. Very straightforward to use and simple design that looks great in my kitchen. Fit exactly the need I had. I’m excited to continue to see what else they come up with in the product line and have already pre-ordered the Aero.

Received our TK-02 yesterday and setup was a breeze. We ordered coffee with our machine which wasn’t included in the package so sent an inquiry and almost immediately received a response that the coffee is shipped separately and will be arriving soon. And here it is arriving today! So far so great with our TK-02 and TerraKaffe!

I had some issues with my machine and Cate got me set up with a complimentary repair. I really appreciate the good customer service and fast responses. The repair process was also fairly quick.

I purchased the Demi and it’s a great machine so far. You can enter the amount of shots and how strong you want it. Make sure you enter 1 oz if that’s your preference. I love the compact design and it looks beautiful. Customer service is always friendly and helpful but because it is a small company you might need to be patient with a response.

Opened the box, immediately made a Drip & an Espresso to compare the two - they were both so good. Exactly what they sound like!

The dial feature to select your coffee is very sleek, the noise level isn’t that loud, and the overall look is very aesthetic.

I can’t wait to use this every day (multiple times per day!).

We have owned the TK-02 going on two years and over 4000 shots. It is near perfect for a couple of dedicated coffee drinkers who want on-demand consistency without the fuss. At the same time it allows easy experimenting with different coffees, ratios and drinks, our choice. However those who just want a quick shot before leaving for work may be better served by the smaller Demi which I have not tried.

The TK-02 might be called a super-automatic, and it can be easily programmed for custom drinks at given times. However with our volume it often demands attention to fill the water, fill the beans, empty the waste bin, empty the drip tray, and clean the milk system. If we have a thirsty morning or guests it is not uncommon to do all those things which is far from automatic. The most unpleasant task is emptying and cleaning the drip tray which is not dishwasher safe--I deducted one star for this.

Much less frequent are descaling, brew unit cleaning and water filter replacement which occur after several hundred shots and are required of any coffee maker. Fortunately the machine alerts when it's time for maintenance and guides us step-by-step on the display. We do have to keep cleaning agents and filters at the ready.

We have had no mechanical problems over two years which speaks to the quality. OTA firmware updates address requested features and improvements much like a computer. There have been a few software glitches that were fixed in due course by the responsive support staff.

Bottom line is that the TK-02 looks nice, doesn't take up too much counter space, adapts to our experience, and makes coffee fun. The simple appearance belies the complex operations going on inside. If maintained it should work for years. It's a good choice for coffee fans who want consistency without having to pay attention to all the brewing details. I think those who just want a quick shot before leaving for work may be better served by the smaller Demi which I have not tried.

Our Terra Kaffe machine has been great! I purchased the Terra Kaffe TK-02 for our office and it has been nothing short of amazing! Our employees love it and it makes quick and easy cafe style coffees for all to enjoy. I'm so pleased with the TK-02 thatI ordered the new Demi for my house. I definitely recommend!

Was offered a free replacement after the delivered device malfunctioned.

I have two Demi’s for two apartments and have spent a week with each. Based on that experience I’m very happy. Setting up was easy and I like the simple control dial and display a lot. it’s a great size for apartment kitchen counters. The coffee it produces (using my own beans) is excellent and I don’t miss bells and whistles for milk drinks. Maintenance is very simple. The bin for grounds nests in the drip tray so they pull out as a single unit from the front. Just have to rinse them off, put the grounds bin back in the tray and slide back into place. The brewing unit is also easy to remove, rinse and return. Terra Kaffe provided great support when I needed help changing the delivery address for one of the machines.

My Demi works great, once you dial in your profile, which can be quite the learning curve, you can achieve a superior beverage. Patience is required. My dislike was the coffee, classico house blend, did not like at all, so TK offered some suggestions on a couple I might like, just waiting for arrival to try.

We have the TK02 and have already gotten our money's worth! Great machine for specialty drinks. I ordered cups and had a question regarding shipping. The company was so responsive and helpful. Very easy to work with. Will recommend to everyone!

Like many others on this site I'm feeling duped by Terra Kaffe. I finally deciding to pull the trigger and buy this expensive coffee machine. My thought was that in the long run it would pay off. I was sadly mistaken. From day one this coffee machine has not worked. I have called customer support twice and they have been less than helpful and very offputting. The issue has been that the coffee machine does not heat the coffee above 105°. I've tried every solution they've suggested. On the second call, I was told that if I want to make milk drinks, I need to heat the milk before I put it in the carafe and run it through the machine. Seriously? I thought this was supposed to be a fully automatic coffee machine! But here's the best part… After realizing that this machine does not work I was told that if I want to return it within the 30 day window, I have to pay $55 restocking fee. Further, if I don't return it according to their specifications, it's a $100 penalty on top of that. Outrageous! They sent me a machine that does not work and then they want me to pay them to take it back. Save your money and aggravation and buy from a company that is well established and credible-this is not it! You will be disappointed!

Proud owner of the tk02 from launch. The long wait paid off, as our machine has changed how we consume coffee. My wife and I went from making the occasional coffee at home and purchasing coffees out almost everyday, to becoming home baristas, and being excited to make our beverages at home every morning, and sometimes afternoons when needed for those long days.

The tk02 was a new world, and it took a few days to find our groove, but once we identified our preferred beans, and tinkered with our drink settings, we couldn't be happier.

2 gripes that I must share to give an accurate review: I wish the milk frother was hotter - don't get me wrong, the milk is beautify frothy and the perfect temp for immediate consumption, but if you wait a few minutes then your hot beverage goes to a lukewarm beverage.

Second, the machine recently malfunctioned and the screen began displaying horizontal lines. While we are bummed to know something happened to our machine, I reached out to Customer Service, and within minutes, we received a response and we're assisted in getting prepared to send our machine out for repairs since it was still covered under warranty. Thanks for your help, Perla! We can't wait to get our machine back.

Long story short, we made the purchase of this expensive machine, and we love it.

Shipped quickly, packaged well, easy set up. Only issue so far.I wish it would make stronger coffee.I've had a conversation with customer service and they've helped me tweak it.I think we're getting close. I use my machine primarily for drip coffee. I especially like that It's hot and really like the rinse feature.

I have had my Demi for about a month and I absolutely love it. Works perfectly as described, love that it keeps track of the required cleaning and maintenance and I've found it is not fussy at all. I'd say that once I got the beans I like and the grind setting right, it makes 9/10 espresso. I'm sure if I became a real hobbiest and got a machine with more customization I could get to 10/10, but I just want anyone at my house to easily be able to make a really good espresso, latte, or Americano. I haven't quite found the drip coffee setting to be a very useful, just because the coffee I'd want as a drip (light roast on the fruity side) doesn't make great espresso. Customer service has been fast and great. Keep in mind the first response comes from a chatbot, but I've found the chatbot to be pretty accurate and then had a human follow up to make sure.

Recently ordered and received my TK-02. Shipment tracking was kept up to date and packaged well. Had to reach out to customer service about the ground coffee spoon as there was a spot for it in the packaging, but no spoon was included. Customer service was quick to replay and let me know they stopped shipping the spoon but it’s equivalent to 1 1/2 tablespoons. So far no issues with the machine, easy to set up and use right away.
