I broke two sections of my rod and Ken was very helpful with replacement pieces at a discounted rate. His response time was quick and he even sent videos to help repair my rod. Truly appreciate such wonderful technical support from Tenkara.

The Tenkara Customer Service team is wonderful! I broke the tip of my White Cloud rod and reached out to see if it could be repaired. They got back to me within hours explaining the information they needed to get me taken care of. I got it to them and they processed my part (which was exceptionally fairly priced) and got it shipped within a day. Great customer service and good people taking care of me!

I have been using tenkara rod co rods for almost a decade when their headquarters were still in Driggs. Recently I broke my favorite rod the “Teton Mini” I’ve been able to buy spare parts in the past but unfortunately they didn’t have anymore after talking with the staff they recommended the “Rocky” since I am now based out of Kenai Alaska and am going after big rainbows. They have no customer service, charge for items not shipped and refuse to answer emails or phone calls to customer service. That is the worst part. Over the last week and half I ahve sent 18 messages via phone, text, email or on their site and no response. I got one order with just 3 of the 6 items i paid for, it arrived 4 days after the express shippign i paid for and the other order never arrived. Will not order again.
