Full professionalism and at the same time very friendly and personalised approach. Even if due to my personal circumstances it took me about a year to finally sign an agreement with a solicitor, they always had time for me and checked how I am going (without my feeling to be pushed by them). I was put in touch with a solicitor and physically received more than 2 times my deposit via cheque within 3 months.

They are really helpful. Their one-on-one communication style helped them understand the details of our case. They were really meticulous in checking the details of our case. It was a bit time-consuming (but understandable on their part since they need to ensure that the case was not a scam). But Tenant Angels supported us through the process.

Now we have finally filed the claim against the tenancy agency and the agent (who had ghosted us for 4 months) reached out within a single day. He promised to return the full deposit immediately and begged us to withdraw our claim. We did not do that and currently we are waiting for a proper resolution of our claim. Hopefully, we get properly reimbursed for all the distress that the agency put us through.
