The law on deposit protection is very clear, a landlord (or their agent) must protect a tenant's deposit within 30 days of it being paid and it must remain protected for the whole duration of the tenancy until the day the tenant moves out.

This team is amazing. I have been having issues with my landlord for quite a while now. I turned to a few organisations prior and was either ignored or told they couldn't help. Tenant Angels were fantastic from the start. Quick responses, Patient, professional, Informative,but most importantly, I felt supported and finally someone who listens and cares.
