As a business startup, the simplicity of mainlining document creation is essential and helpful, I love this application.

Template was nothing like the preview. Paid for a 1 month subscription but was billed for a year.

cant even save projects and when they are saved, 50% of the page is missing when loading it back up. trash.

They are refusing to refund $59.88 they are charging me when I ordered one document this week. "THEY say" I am renewing a year subscription.

This company will quietly enroll you in a yearly membership even if you never opted in. They’ll keep charging you every year and refuse to issue refunds. The whole setup feels predatory and designed to trap customers with recurring payments they never agreed to.

Used this once, auto-renewed and reached out immediately, literally same day, they do not care and will not refund anything since I was notified before in the various other emails. Will not recommend. Mediocre at best, terrible customer service and terms of agreement. There are other options people find them.

I signed up for what was clearly presented as a monthly subscription, but was charged for an entire year upfront without any warning or clear notice. This company completely misrepresented their billing options — the checkout page made it look like I’d be billed monthly, not annually.

When I contacted support about the issue, they flat-out refused to process a refund, even though the charge happened right after sign-up and I hadn’t used the service. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no accountability for the misleading setup.

At this point, I genuinely believe this website is a scam or at the very least intentionally deceptive in how it handles subscriptions. I strongly recommend staying away and double-checking your billing statements if you’ve already signed up.

I subscribed for a year and I created a template that didn't work 100% from the beginning - that was the first red flag - the template was constantly having errors which delayed the production of my work. On the last error that the template had, I was told that they had eliminated the commands that I used on my template, and didn't give me any options, basically I paid $84 for a year, and I wasn't able to fully use the template. I do NOT recommend using this company, they want your money and don't want to help at all.
