I absolutely 🩷 AI tools that let you try them for free before buying regular credits, and Template.net offers a fantastic free model. I've generated 4 images using their free model and it's amazing! I've used lots of other AI tools, trying their free options first and template.net is by far the best! I can't wait to see how their paid model does! If the paid option does even better, I can't wait to see how much better it is!!! 💕🩷💗

I wrongly subscribed for a year at the page and contacted to change my subscription to a monthly one and ask for a refund. Got contacted back by Virgi and he was so helpful. He was nice and proceeded with my request so fast. This was maybe the best support I've gotten as per refunds and help in general from webpages. Thank you again! Will keep using your service!

Major scam, support does not respond at all, their templates are GARBAGE!! And I don't think the templates they have are even theirs. They use STRIPE as their payment processor, and Stripe is allowing them to do this, and they should be held accountable for allowing SCAMS. When i signed up and paid they say thank you and give you 5000 credits for CRAP AI creations i hate AI and did not spend my money for AI i was looking for a Pro Templet but got CRAP!!!

This service is pure GARBAGE. It mostly doesnt work and when it does is garbage. AVOID AT ALL COST.´ Customer service nonexistent.

The ai is very accurate.

Very easy to create what I wanted and the AI understood completely what I was asking for. The final product turned out beautifully!

The pricing is deceptive and manipulative.

The template I purchased was advertised at $12. In the payment section, I selected what was advertised as a month-to-month subscription of $12.

But they charged me for an entire year at $12 x 12 months. In the end they charged my credit card $144.

This is wrong and deceptive.

Regardless of the quality of a product, a company is low quality if they're using deceptive practices to squeeze money out of customers.

This means customers do not come back, they spread the word, and over time a company will not succeed.

I did not even remember that I had subscribed and haven't used it since I did. I got a notice that my card was charged and IMMEDIATELY requested a cancelation and refund of my account and they refuse, saying they sent an email notice. Well, I didn't get it. Crooks

Absolutely terrible. The worst online software I've ever worked with. Don't subscribe. It is terrible with or without subscription. I did subscribe and regret it.

What should have been a quick, straightforward project turned into a total headache.

Trying to edit and customize a simple template became a massive burden. Nothing works smoothly. I had to waste hours figuring out ridiculous workarounds just to do basic edits, which ultimately blew my timeline out of the water, taking triple the time I had planned for. Very bad user experience.

It is absolutely outrageous that a company charges money for a product this poorly optimized. I managed to force my way through to finish my project, but the sheer frustration wasn't worth it. I will actively make sure every single one of my friends, clients, and coworkers knows to steer completely clear of Template.net.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Get better or get out of business!
