All the files in my workspace suddenly disappeared! The chat agent said my problem would have to be referred to IT. I have also been unable to edit templates. Even though the box says 'replace' I can't replace text and the entry screen on the left side of the screen does not appear. I would not purchase this program again.

I enjoyed an excellent experience with template.net.

I'm so frustrated because I was hoping this would save time. Maybe if it actually listened to me. I put in my brand information including COLORS, to make a template. This things put out the UGLIEEST Pikachu puke color I've ever seen. I put in the 5 main brand colors that I want it to use but it refuses. I have trouble with colors so I was excited to use this and make exciting and professional looking presentations. I tried several times and it will ONLY use those puke colors and I am fed up. Don't use this service it's trash.

rubbish. dont use. many templates listed as free and then once you click it turnes out to be paid. a scam

Even though I did not order from Template.net and they charged me $24 they were quick to rectify their mistakes. I am wondering how I got charged in the first place1

Useful templates for my work. Thanks a lot.

Used it once, since it was not what I was expecting, cancelled the subscription, 1 year after they tried to charge me once again even though it was showing there were no active subscriptions at the time. I contacted them and they said they were going to cancel the transaction however they still charge it later on. Had to cancel my card and request a refund. Customer service was also really bad.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Be wary of the deceitful nature in which they bill - the cost is broken down monthly, but they charge you at an annual rate. Furthermore, there is no possible way to preview the templates without having an active subscription. I'm now out $150 for the year plus international fees. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Be wary.

My progress got deleted 2 or 3 times, and once it was all finished I left it for the night and in the morning all the elements had moved, changed size… maybe I was doing something wrong, but I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary… the “file” just wouldn’t autosave properly.

Prompt response with a solution to the issue communicate.

Vera was outstanding. I was working a project for my class, and it unexpectedly disappeared one day. Utilizing the chat option a ticket was submitted and when I followed up, I was put in contact with Vera. I finally was able to retrieve the template thanks to Vera. I needed this template so bad.

I hit the chat button, and an agent came on immediately, named Vi. I asked a question and before I was done Vi provided an answer. It was a short and sweet interaction; straight to the point and just what I needed.

Rain in chat customer service was very helpful. He refunded the money due to an error. Thank you very much.

It turned out you changed your service to sort of like Canva.
I didn't know until I checked what I can do now with your service.
I think the new service is amazing.
And due to the prompt service, I will consider subscribing again in the future.

Also a suggestion, maybe before you renew customers' subscription, you can notify your new service and urge them to try first.
Because customers have previous impression of you and may act accordingly, which doesn't justify your new effort.
