Venditore non affidabile, truffatore.
Ho acquistato uno smartwatch(38 euro) e invece me ne hanno mandato uno totalmente diverso che costava meno della metà(14 euro) e per restituirmi i soldi volevano che rispedivo a mie spese la merce ricevuta. Smartwach pagato 38 euro e spedizione standard con Poste per la Cina 42 euro.

I ordered my scooter by June 8th with a shipping between 7- 30 days and after realising it might come from China I immediately notified I wanted to cancel. This is within their T&Cs as it was within 24 hours.

They confirmed it was coming from Germany so I asked delivery date without still giving my consent to carrying on with delivery but they said the shipped already.

The gave a tracking number 3 weeks later (30 th June) but basically on UPS website said that label was created for UPS To pick up.

It is 23 July (45 days since ordered) and the status hasn’t changed so no shipped. I asked them several times and they said that is on the way and it should come before aug 17th (more than 2 months)

Don’t trust them at all and really believe comes from china or never come back! They might think we are idiot customers!

Se potessi mettere piu stelle le metterei, acquisto spedito il 26.06 arrivato il 10. 07,togliendo i giorni festivi sono 10 giorni lavorativi, fantastico e l unico sito cinese che spedisce con una rapidita' mai vista, pagando 4 euro in piu ma ne valsa la pena. Consigliatissimo a tutti e di una precisione nel rispondere a tutte l email.

Il sito più scadente e inaffidabile.
Acquisto uno xiaomi air 12 e dopo 7 giorni mi dicono che è fuori produzione.
Ho dovuto chiamare paypal per il rimborso.
NON COMPRATE FIDUCIA ZERO.

ordine effettuato in data 02.05.2020 ad oggi, 08.07.2020 non è ancora stato consegnato e nessuno sa dirmi dov'è il mio pacco. ho pagato anche per avere la spedizione prioritaria.
tutta questa storia è ridicola e mi sento pure preso in giro da risposte senza basi veritiere da parte del sito.
NON ORDINATE NULLA SU QUESTO SITO!!!!

bonjour je vous déconseille ce site j ai commander des pièce moto il mon envoyé les mauvaise en certifiant que j avais commander les mauvaise alors que le descriptif et la photo des pièce était celle qu il me fallait et comme par hasard après avoir envoyé les photo de leur et celle des pièces reçue l annonce a disparue du cite pour leur renvoyé les pièces et ce faire remboursé il faut que je paye les frais de port qui s élève a 60 euros c inamissible alors que l erreur viens d eux c est ni plus ni moins que du vole en plus il réponde au mail quand ils ont envie je n est plus de nouvel depuis 3 jours donc je vous déconseille ce cite si vous voulez pas vous faire avoir

Ordered a pair of red shoes, didn't realise as price in euros that they are in China. Took weeks to arrive but they were the wrong colour.
Using their website, their customer services did reply within 48 hours to my posts. I wanted them to pay for return post and send out correct shoes, but eventually 4 weeks after receiving the shoes we agreed that they refund me 50%, which is now in my account. Not amazing service, but also not as bad as I had feared reading these reviews!

Imprimante acheté en pré commande le 12 mai pour être soit disant expédié le 4 juin!! Colis scanner le 15 juin en attente de passage d UPS!!! Je n ai tjrs rien et UPS me confirme que ça bloque à cause de tecknistore !!
Les seules réponses que j ai de leurs pars c est de patienter et que ça va bouger dans les prochains jours !! Bon bas ça fais 15 jours que j attends et je vois tjrs rien évoluer !!
Avec une note de 3,5 je pensais pourvoir m y fier mais non !! Moi je vous le dit rien ne vaut Amazon ou Cdiscount !!

I will never ever order from Teknistore.
No customer service. No deadline. Homesite is very deceptive.
I was very lucky that I paid by Paypal that is why I got my money back (£350) yesterday after 37 days.

U can see how they ignored my complain by their email, 21 days since I ordered the item.
Absolutely unacceptable!
On that day I ordered the phone from Amazon and got it the following day and I started the refund procedure by Paypal.

Site à fuir à tout prix j'ai commander le 6 juin le statut est "contacter le service" que je n'arrive à pas avoir aprés plus de 20 e-mails je pense que je vais m'assoir sur mes 90€. Je ne recommande pas du tout des escros !!!!
