Horrible customer treatment, not a reputable Christian based company

I don't write negative reviews. But this company was extremely unprofessional and rude to a friend of mine and consumers need to know. It is unfortunate because it is a Christian based company. To make matters worse, my friend is a new Christian so this company set a horrible example to him. My friend was dissatisfied with the shirt he ordered and contacted the company to return the item. After filling out the information required on their site for returns, he was told it was not approved for a return. He contacted them a second time to try to explain, the person chatting with him on their site told him they could not help him and disconnected the chat (basically "hung up" on him). First, I am confused and disheartened that in this day and age, when every reputable company out there will take back items when a customer is not satisfied, that this company seems to have a "conditional" return policy... dissatisfaction with the product is not a valid reason. Second, it is appalling to me how a CHRISTIAN company can have such poor customer satisfaction, and actually treat customers rudely. I am shocked at this company and they do not even deserve a 1 rating, but of course zero is not an option. If for no other reason, do not support this company based on their treatment of customers. No matter the reason, a customer should be treated with respect and a decent company will stand by their products or take them back if a customer is not happy with that product. Do not purchase from this company when there are so many other valid, reputable, and truly Christian based resources out there!
