They have a return policy but refuse to follow it. Clothing is terrible quality, different colors than pictured, and sounds like plastic garbage bag to wear. Spent $112 and they were only wanting to give me back $18. Took over 3 weeks to receive clothing when they said it would take 7-10 days. Scam - avoid at all costs.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PICTURES ARE CUTE BUT TGE MERCHANDISE IS CRAP. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO RETURN ANYTHING, I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM SINCE JULY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Do not EVER buy off this company!! I have been trying for months, since Sept to get some resolution that is still ongoing - I purchased 5 items and they did not fit. This was my fist time buying clothes online. I thought it would be a simple process to return what I didn't like and obtain bigger sizes - not so. I sent many, many emails and did not get a reply for abut a month, when I tried to contact via Facebook and Instagram I was blocked. I purchased the items in AUD and was charged USD to a total of $272.61 AUD. And then the emails began. I have been asked to send phots of the clothes, I have been asked to send photos of the clothes with a tape measure (? why), I was asked to measure the clothes and send pictures, I have been offered a small refund, I have been told to pay extra postage (which I did) and keep the items and they would send the correct size. it just goes on and on. Dozens of emails over several months - I'm so distressed about this. Today I again provided proof of my payment of extra postage and the email roundabout began again - send us pictures, send us pictures with a measuring tape and they will check if there is a quality problem, sorry that I am dissatisfied with the clothes..... Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. This company and it's service is an utter disgrace. I just want resolution and to never have to deal with this company again.

Order arrived but was poor quality synthetic material and didnt fit. I immediately asked to return for a refund, but after numerous emails was offered $5 refund??! Dreadful after sale customer service. Still trying to get a refund! Not happy at all. Just want my refund please!

1 month delivery. $155 AUD purchase price.All dresses were packaged nicely and pretty but all made of synthetic fabric. None fitted. Only offered me $73 AUD refund and to keep the items. No free return or exchange. Very disappointed. Obviously won't be ordering again.

This is the second time I have ordered from this site and I can't fault them. You have to be aware that shipping does take time so as long as you manage your expectations then its fine. I would always look at the garment measurements just to make sure you order the right size but if you are aware of both of those things I have been really happy with my purchases

The order took over a month to arrive and I was advised that it had been delivered when it had not. I did not receive a tracking number to follow. Eventually the order did arrive. The dress is nice but I am not sure the top is worth the money. Both were more expensive than I anticipated as I thought the cost was in Australian dollars when I purchased. Probably could have bought something similar locally cheaper.

They have taken nearly £90 of my money and not provided any goods. I am reporting them to the ombudsman. Shocking customer service- ignored my request for information on my goods!

The shipment took longer than I expected; however, I was pleased with what I ordered.

Took about two months to arrive, both dresses are not what I ordered. No response to how to return the dresses. No idea what the dresses are made out of, weird synthetic material.
DO NOT ORDER, not worth it, haven’t heard from anyone, third attempt today ...
