I ordered a cuddly giraffe keepsake for my sister after the loss of our sister. I am so pleased with the result. It will make a wonderful keepsake for my sister & she absolutely loves it.

absolute disgrace of a company, i ordered a wedding koala bear as a gift for the bride and groom off their 3 young children on the 18th august before i ordered i messaged to ask if they could fulfill the order at short notice as it would be needed by the 25th august and they agreed to express delivery it, i have sent numerous emails and messaged on various platforms but had no response to any messages, as of today no order has arrived and i have now had to source other gifts
i would NOT recommend at all, such a shame when it was supposed to be a special gift for the childrens parents on their wedding day

i ordered 6 teddy bears on the 7th july i have still not recived them who can help me find out wht has happened to them

I had my teddy delivered for my mum and it very lovely and she loved it i would recommend them to everyone 100 per cent it came its in own little net bag to keep it clean

Really nice memory Teddy partner cried when she opened it good quality photo aswell bit smaller than I originally thought but perfect gift for someone grieving gives them something to hold onto

Very dissapointed. I ordered a memory bear for my grandson as my mum his great grandma passed away. It never got delivered. I contacted over and over and only ever got one contact back where they promised to get it sorted and still nothing. We are now over a month and still no contact or bear. Disgusting

Ordered 2 bears. One for my daughter and one for my nephew to remember their grandma who passed away in June. I absolutely love them and everyone has said how beautiful they are. Great product at a reasonable price.

The whole process, from ordering, delivery and quality of product was excellent. Easy to select how wanted product to look, delivery was surprisingly quick and we are delighted with the quality of the finished product. It is a gift for a very special person and we are very happy to give it to them as it looks and feels great. Would highly recommend.

The two bunnies I ordered arrived safely with my nieces. Very quick delivery and beautifully packaged. I heard there were a few tears! Since the bunnies have photos of Grandad who recently passed in May. Tears of sadness and joy.
