After issues with a different supplier I contacted Tech Panda about availability of a product. They called minutes later to confirm they had it in stock, and they shipped same day. I received regular updates right up to when it was delivered. Great service from the team at Tech Panda, highly recommend and will be using again.

I ordered an expensive laptop but changed my mind soon afterwards and decided to request a refund. I called the support number and talked to Kris, he was very kind, concise and resolved the issue quickly.
The funds were refunded back to my account within 5 hours.
I had some doubts about the company being real as they are still very new, but they are 100% legit and I wont hesitate to order from them in the future. They have excellent prices

Great service from these guys, I ordered a laptop last Friday afternoon around 3:30pm, just missing the cut off time for 24hr dispatch notice as per their website, sent in a question via the website totally expecting to hear back Tuesday morning, (because of bank holiday) but got a reply back from Kris on the Saturday explaining how it will work with helpful information.

Come Tuesday I had email notifications on the process of packing, dispatch and delivery, received a time slot on the Wednesday morning with a 1hr window and it arrived when it was supposed to!

I called on a Sunday to find out what time they opened on Monday and ended up speaking to Kris. I placed my order then and there. The item was prepared for shipment on Tuesday and was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. Despite the parcelforce showing the item was out for delivery it never arrived. Kris followed up with the shippers and took steps to make sure the item was actually delivered the following day. Thanks for the personal attention, great service from these guys even though some things were out of their control. Will definitely deal with Tech Panda again.

Bought over the weekend on their very easy to navigate site, received lightning fast and good communication and really happy with purchase.

Now I debated putting 5* because the laptop I bought (which was rather expensive) came in NO packaging extra to the retail packing(which had been dented) it sells in, I don't particularly care about fancy retail boxes just the contents and I understand some companies add too much unnecessary packing (YES Amazon I'm looking at you) but when it comes too expensive devices and the like its warranted, right?

The Techpanda team were fantastic. I had a payment issue, I made touch with the guys and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
