Never trust company all are fraud they don’t respond and drop the project in midway don’t trust all reviews and work looks like paid I am frustrated I have given project from last three months and after two months they cover one point

Almost 3 weeks with no update on item or tracking number provided, store site is closed and no response when emailing them.

This is the company you want to go to for your tech goods in the UK, absolutely phenomenal customer service, Royal Mail lost my order and Tech Panda sent a replacement very quickly through UPS and has refunded the shipping costs as i complained about how expensive it was for shipping on such a small product (expensive shipping costs likely there to get you to spend over £100 for free delivery, a common trick with online shopping)

I will note that the initial dispatch speed was pretty bad it took a week to ship a gaming mouse, but i'll cut them some slack as they stated they have few staff and are a new company.

Hands down best costumer service from any company i've ordered from online, i'll be using Tech Panda again if i ever need more Tech goods.

Excellent service from the word go! As the item I bought was £80 (20%) cheaper here than anywhere else, I emailed to check stock availability and when it could be dispatched - I had a reply within 15 minutes! They had the stock and would dispatch that day. I then got a further email to say that it had been dispatched and hopefully would arrive earlier than expected (it was the two day jubilee bank holiday, so I was expecting it to come the following week) - it came on the Saturday! Brilliant! I'll definitely use next time.

I stumbled across this website while searching for a new laptop. I found the perfect one at an amazing price and ordered it.
Right from the start the service was good.
Parcelforce didn't manage to deliver my parcel on the first attempt and there was some confusion over what was happening next so I left a message on the Tech Panda website. This being about 7:30 at night I wasn't expecting a response until the next morning but 10 minutes later I had a phone call from Kris, one of the owners who was already looking into the delivery history.
He kept me informed the next day until the point where my laptop had been delivered.
Fantastic customer service and i will go to TechPanda first in future. I can't recommend them highly enough,

Great price, fast delivery, although I would suggest better packing as the box was a bit squashed.
A fragile sticker I guess will do the trick in most of the cases, or some bubble wrap perhaps.

First time I bought from them and was a bit weary but I needn't worry, they were very professional always sending me info on the order status and a very fast delivery. I'll use them again and hopefully will have the same experience

The Asus laptop is OK but the power supply cable is too stiff and tries to keep the shape it was packed.

I can't praise tech panda enough over my order, as they has been fighting my corner since Delivery company tried delivering on Thursday 18th March 2022, as I live in a flat and the doorbell has broken. I've been in touch since Thursday by phone,email and Facebook messenger to resolve this without luck but not because of them. I have reviewed the offending courier company as a 1 star service. These guys however are prompt, courteous, and determined to rectify delivery issues. I never give 5 stars as companies should always strive to give the highest standards of service and in this case I see no improvement is necessary or possible based on the service I have received so far.

Excellent customer service and our router was shipped out promptly. No problems at all with either the packaging or the product.
