Perfect solution
The IT technician demonstrated strong technical knowledge and was able to understand the issue quickly. They approached the problem in a logical and systematic way, explaining the steps they were taking, which helped build confidence in their work.
Communication was generally clear and professional. They were polite, patient, and willing to answer questions. However, at times, more frequent updates during the process would have been helpful, particularly when there were delays or when the issue required escalation.
In terms of responsiveness, the initial response time was reasonable, but the overall resolution took longer than expected. This appeared to be partly due to the complexity of the issue, although clearer timelines or expectations could have improved the experience.
The technician ensured that the issue was resolved before closing the task and checked that everything was functioning as expected. This was appreciated and reflected a good level of thoroughness and accountability.
Overall, the service was competent and professional. To improve further, more proactive communication and quicker turnaround times (where possible) would enhance the overall user experience.

Reliable help with hardware issues
I have used Technick Labs many times over the years for issues with my laptop and PC, mainly hardware related, and the service has always been reliable.
Problems were explained clearly and handled without unnecessary complications. It’s been straightforward to deal with and easy to understand what was actually wrong and what needed to be done. Overall, a dependable service that I would recommend to anyone needing help with computer repairs.
