Ordered myself the iPad 10th gen keyboard folio, they had 3 options good condition very good and pristine I ordered very good. This was on the Saturday night at east weekend it’s Thursday the same week and I have received the item, item works fine no issues from what I can see never came in original box but that’s fine not would order again from here very happy with my purchase

The Customer Service is diabolical. I tried "Chat" 4 times no rely, I rang the office three times, left answer messages, no callback. I emailed at least 4 times and I did eventually get a reply with one word "plug"

Extremely Disappointed – Faulty MacBook & No Customer Support
I purchased a MacBook from Tech Market under the assurance that it was in “excellent condition.” However, upon arrival, the device had a crack and technical issues. I immediately reached out via email and phone, but my messages were completely ignored.
Recently, the laptop shut down and stopped working entirely. Given that my purchase included a 1-year warranty, I attempted to contact Tech Market again to arrange a repair or replacement. Yet, once again, no response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I rely on this device for my studies and work, and being left without support is disheartening. Tech Market’s lack of communication and failure to honor their warranty is completely unprofessional.
I expect immediate action—either a replacement or a full refund. If I continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.
To anyone considering purchasing from Tech Market: BEWARE. If anything goes wrong with your device, do not expect customer support or accountability.
Bad experience
I ordered a MacBook which was described as very good but when it arrived it had a visible chip from a distance. As such I contacted the business support who confirmed I can return for a refund and the business will pay my shipping. I sent the item back and the staff argued it cannot be seen from a distance so although they refunded the item they did not return the postage cost which is unfair and bad customer service considering they said they would. During a call with their staff they argued with me and hung up our call after saying I will not get a refund

If there was a no stars option I would’ve chosen that.
My mum ordered two pairs of earbuds at £99 each for both my daughter’s Christmas present so £198. She didn’t actually realised they were refurbished and thought she’d bought new. Anyway when they arrived we tried them out and one of the buds one set didn’t work.
I tried to use the help chat option but was just going round in circles, jumping from queue position 4 to 1 and back to 4 again. No one answered the phone. Anyway I sent an email explaining the situation and asked for a refund. They replied and said a refund would be given one they were received back. I sent them off recorded delivery and they were received on 7th December. We have had no refund to date and now I can’t even get an email response. Total scammers, sick!!
Charge fees for return of defective equipment
Bought Apple Homepod which looked in good condition but could not configure it because the device could not access its temperature and humidity sensors. Spent several hours trying to resolve the problem before cotacting Tech Mart - I already owned two Homepods and had no issues previously. This in itself was difficult because they were very poor at answering the phone. I returned the device by Royal Mail insured service and they refused to refund my postage and had the cheak to charge me £20 as a return charge. So I lost a total £37.95 for receiving a defective device and returning it in the same condition as received. Avoid these people.

What a nasty person
What a nasty person, we sent the faulty chromebook back to him, and got our money back through the credit card. Now he is threatening me with debt collectors even though he has the chromebook back. Avoid buying anything from him at all costs.

Not a very friendly service when collecting the macbook, man looked miserable, didn't say please or thank you quite rude actually. No charger with macbook, no box or bag given to carry it in. This shop doesn't answer calls! Asked for my ID quite rudely even though I had an email showing I had fully paid, furthermore I showed him my ID on my actually birthday, did not even wish me a good day ! Horrible service !
Scam! Related to fone store, also a scam
Scam. Completely did not deliver an item and blamed Royal Mail. I have proof from Royal Mail that the only items sent was delivered. They never sent it and never responded once I sent proof! Complete scam!!
Terrible communication
Terrible communication from company.
I was interested in purchasing an item from them for my partners birthday, I tried to contact the company via their chat on 4 separate occasions, after trying for the 4th time I finally managed to get through.
I wanted to find out if the item in question comes with box, they were responding unbelievably bluntly and said simply no, I messaged then after asking what packaging it comes incomes in then they stopped responding, I had to wait for 40 min for response.
They FINALLY got back to me and said it comes in some sort eco friendly packaging, I asked them if they could email me the picture so I can see what it looks like and they sim0plky said 'NO'
Not a very welcoming company, I went elsewhere and they lost on sale by being so blunt and rude and unhelpful.
Please don't bother with this company, reviews speak for themselves.
