never ever buy anything from this company again ,

Appalling behaviour. Ordered a reconditioned iPad. Received one still locked with owner’s details. Emailed merchant, sent photos and they responded by saying the iPad photos I sent did not match the iPad they despatched, so cannot assist. Disgraceful behaviour and 2 days before Christmas. Shocking. I hope Karma catches up with you. Lesson learnt for me for sure.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". I didnt want to give any stars but I have no choice to post my review. They will most definitely rip you off one way or another. Happily take your money and send you a device that doesn't work and deny that it was an ipad that they sold you originally. To anyone who has had major issues I advice you to contact trading standards!!! Reviews for this company speak for themselves, lesson learnt.

The laptop has got lost and i have to fill in a form and send them my ID. I am not at all happy to provide my driving licence as it gives enough information for someone to steal my identity and cause me problems. I looked at more reviews for Tech Market and i would recommend avoiding this lot and never buy from them. I WAS BUYING FROM BACK MARKET BUT THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING AS THEY ARE NOT THE SUPPLIER SO NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM EITHER.

Ordered an 'as new' Samsung Chromebook 3 from their Amazon store but I received an old, totally different Chromebook that was heavier than a safe and was built in 2011! And it didn't even work! Shocking!

I have been waiting for a reply but nothing after a purchase from this company via gogroopie faulty product

Je viens de me faire arnaquer en achetant un appareil photo.
Il m'ont demandé un virement bancaire que j'ai effectué.
Ensuite il fallait rajouter une assurance de livraison soit disant et acheter un coupon PCS de 50 euros pour garantir cette dernière.
Après recherche, ma commande n'a jamais eu lieu, la compagnie d'assurance n'existe pas et j'ai perdu 154 euros....
Alors fuyez ce site, grosse ARNAQUE.

They sent me something that looked like it was out of a skip which had been painted with an aerosol.The so called technician told me it was a skin they put on to make it look the part.

I RECEIVED A CHROMEBOOK THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS RETRIEVE FROM A RUBBISH TIP. BROKEN CRACKED LID ONLY A COUPLE OF LETTERS FROM SAMSUNG NAME REST WORN AWAY. NO CHARGER.

NO REPLY TO EMAILS PHONE NUMBER DIVERTS TO A LADY'S PRIVATE MOBILE NUMBER.

GOGROOPIE SHOULD BE FINED AS THEY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE LIES AND RUBBISH TECH MARKET LTD ARE SENDING US.

I AM CONTACTING THE FINANCIAL LEGISLATION ABOUT BOTH COMPANIES.

Well I have finally received my note book and it would not turn on so fully charged it and it still would not turn on Googled what could be wrong and found the problem I had to press a key and the reset button together and now it's working and working great not that I should of had to mess about to get it to work that is but hey ho it's now fine.

Absolutely rubbish, avoid like the plague, how these people can send such rubbish and take your hard earned money is awful, stay away from these scamming scumbags at all costs, the Chromebook i recieved was damaged, the mouse curser wouldnt work properly and looked like it was from a skip.

Ich habe einen Saugroboter bestellt. Der war auf der Plattform sehr gut bewertet. Bekommen habe ich besseren Elektromüll. Den ich nicht zurückschicken konnte. Da ich mit PayPal bezahlt hatte habe ich das Geld zurückbekommen.

Hab Defektes Gerät (Saugroboter) bekommen. Bis heute weder über playpal noch per Mail eine Antwort erhalten.
Abzocker!!!! War billig aber zum Fenster rausgeworfenes Geld.

Do not buy anything here. It's cheap bit you don't get stuff for your money so it's expensive. My vacuum came and it didn't work. I wrote several times and nothing happened.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. I unfortunately, can't give zero stars. Absolutely disgusting company. Selling me a busted chromebook that won't even charge or download anything as it's so old and battered when I received it. They never get back to my several emails for a refund. Well and truly got scammed. These 5 star ratings must be fake reviews. Charger doesn't even fit this tatty waste of time and money. My 10 year old is gutted as it was his Christmas present. Very embarrassing for both of us. I can't even keep it just to go on the Internet as it won't even turn on after one use. I'm so angry with online people selling (swear word) to us and not being held accountable. Never use GoGroopie either.

Item arrived broken. Snapped hinges. Snapped case. Putty stuff inside to hold it together. Cracked case on the outside. It wasn't reconditioned,it was that bad it was broken & couldn't be turned on anyway due to the Snapped hinges & the case being broken. Outta pocket almost £100 & no refund & being ignored by them constantly. Do not trust online shopping now this was my autistic child's main gift & they were devastated.
