Brilliant experience buying a Google Pixel 10a
I needed to upgrade my Pixel 7a but I didn't want to spend a fortune. I did a price comparison on a Google Pixel 10a and Techinthebasket came out the best price for a new one. I was a little worried about going for it because I had never heard of them. So I read several Trustpilot reviews which were all good and decided to make the purchase. It said it could take 5-8 working days I think and it came in around a week. Signed for with Parcel Force, well packaged and ready to go with my SIM card. I could not fault the experience and would thoroughly recommend this company. *****

My new Samsung s26fe is great, no problems doing smart switch, a few minor hiccups but i expected that....fantastic price, if was going to criticise it would be communication, i got a email to say that it had been shipped with a tracking number and no other communication, i got nothing from the royal mail who did deliver it, and i got nothing from either company to say it had been delivered, plus the delivery method was 48hrs tracked not signed for. So just aswell my partner was in to sign for it cause postie wasnt letting it go without a signature....it took 8 working days to be delivered for reference.....but other than that love the phone glad i found the site

Easy to select and order my phone
Easy to select and order my phone, but no updates were forthcoming. After 10 days I emailed the company and asked when I could expect a delivery. The response was that they would look into it. In the meantime I had an update from Royal Mail saying that they had my item. When it did arrive it was poorly packaged and had nothing other than the phone in it, no “Thankyou for your purchase” or anything. Not overly impressed with the company.

Poorly packaged and poor comms
Poor communication for a high value item, I kept going through to an AI bot. The packaging was poor, the camera box just had a basic plastic wrap around it and therefore was squashed on delivery.

I purchased an Apple Watch on Techinthebasket on 29/Sep. Till today (14/Oct), I still do not receive the item. I got an email from Techinthebasket yesterday to write a review and give stars. This is what I can tell at the moment. After I have received the item, I can write a review again.
Today is 24/Oct, I still do not received my paid Apple Watch.

The delivery went within promised period. The phone is ok, brand new, without any issues, and even unblocked from from the regional block (that is why the price is so low).
However, the only caveat, the support isn't very responsive, frankly. Sent an email about 2 days ago, still waiting for the response, which I luckily resolved myself.
