My iPhone 14 Pro arrived in very good condition, would recommend

Ordering, price, finding on website and delivery time were all spot on but packaging was poor. A couple of layers of bubble wrap and a very loose box which arrived badly dented. Fortunately the iPad was fine.

Bought a reconditioned phone which arrived really quickly and was in excellent condition as described. Communication was excellent, letting me know what was happening and the payment was in my bank within 4 hours of them revealing the phone.
Also sold my old phone which was really easy to do and got a excellent price which was
much higher than other companies. Only slight downside was I couldn't take advantage of the discount offer as I had to order my new phone and keep my old one for a couple of days as I couldn't be without a phone. Overall though tech-tiger are fabulous, offer excellent value for money and 5* service and I would definitely recommend for both buying and selling phones.

Notified in the morning that they had received my old phone. Phone checked, notified me and payment received by the end of the same day.

Absolutely fantastic. I was apprehensive after using the like of cex and taking ages for them to test and downgrading my items.
Thought I have nothing to lose as I will just ask for the item back if they take the Mickey.
Sent an iPad in of high value. Received the next day and tested, got what they said they would give me. Money receives the same day. Excellent.

We had an old 9th Gen iPad that was redundant and came across Tiger Tech on Google. The website was easy to navigate and receive a conditional quote. To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first as it all seemed too good to be true. But after mailing the iPad to TT using the free post label I downloaded I received an email a couple of days later confirming acceptance of the quote and the money was in my bank. Including the £10 new customer voucher!

This was my second time using Tech Tiger, and both times the price I received was the same as I was quoted. Same day payment as well which is great. Will use them again.

Ordered blue refurbished (rated excellent) iphone 15
A white iphone was delivered.
No idea which generation the phone is and what refurbishment level.
Tried to sort out on Amazon but some wrong with process it just keeps going back to the start.
Now very annoyed having spent an hour trying to sort.

Fixed my phone which blackscreened when bought through them via backmarket. Sent a replacement and is faultless

The phone was good but the battery does not last more than five to six hour, service delivery was superb

What an amazing company, I was quoted £310 for my old S24ULTRA, which was far from good condition purely because of the screen. They offered me £310, I sent it Saturday morning, and they received it early Monday morning. They had processed my order and made payment, all within the hour. I was paid in full by midday, amazing service.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 from Tech Tiger on Amazon. Phone described as "excellent with no visible scratches from 30cm". All three camera ports were rusted like the phone had been submerged in water for a long time, one was heavily scratched. Seller agreed the return but wanted me to pay the return postage. I said absolutely not and they then provided a return label. The return has been received and yet they have not refunded. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. It has been a total waste of my time and I have had to message and chase this seller for everything.

The ease of everything we were asked to do in order for it to all run smoothly, and the speed of checking my old phone out and paying me.

Excellent Communication and Service. Offered nearly double of some sites for my Samsung Galaxy S9 WiFi only tablet. I was sceptical of the offer as some sites were selling these to the public for less money than I was offered. But within 48 hours the full amount they offered of £440.00 was in my bank with no further questions asked. 5 Star Service Thanks
