Finally received my refund today!
Ordered the Sixpad S60 on the 2nd November, didn't receive the delivery until the 14th, received a Buture VC70, clearly the wrong item sent. Emailed to arrange return, four days later, after chasing, I received a response asking me if I kept the item they would refund me £20. Thanked them but declined stating the item I had received was £70 less than the one I had originally ordered. They even went to the trouble of screenshotting the Buture Hoover from their website and emailing me this response;

I have checked the Buture site, and it appears they have a sale on so their vacuum is £143 + £22 for the additional filters = £165 where you paid £199. There is a £34 price difference, due to their sale but I appreciate that you’d still prefer to return the item.
Please could you confirm what date you’d like collection and I’ll book it for you?

We’ve tried contacting you directly as you requested, and we’ll reach out again at the time you’re available so we can discuss this properly and make sure you feel fully supported.
Just for clarity:
— We responded 12 hours after your first message,
— arranged a free next-day Royal Mail collection when you preferred a return, and
— issued your full refund as soon as the item was received and checked.
On our end, the query was resolved within 2-3 working days but I’d still really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly so we can resolve any remaining concerns.

Very happy with how easy it is to put together and use. Great price, compared with others. Have only used it once, but happy with it. Need to check the requirement re the regularity of replacing filters and make sure we purchase them.

I had a really good look on the internet for a drone. Having checked several companies, I went to Techshack
And found the above drone. Once ordered the item arrived quickly. Regular updates on the delivery were very helpful.
Great company with prices very reasonable.

Excellent Customer Service.
I ordered a vacuum from Tech Shack and I received the wrong one. I emailed Olivia and I immediately had a reply saying how sorry they were. I was given the choice of sending vacuum back or keeping it. Olivia explained the specs on both vacuums and the one I'd been sent was actually a higher spec. Due to mix up I was given a partial refund a voucher and an extra battery. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Tech Shack.

Excellent little camera. I dropped my LUMIX DCM-FZ200 and needed a replacement. This little camera fitted the bill perfectly.

The cleaner is great
The cleaner is great, does what was expected. However the charging cable was not a new one (we wondered if the whole product had been a 'return'). It would not charge the spare battery when not actually connected to the cleaner. We didn't know if it was the cable or the battery at fault. Maybe a new cable would help?

Just bought a Ryelo moon pod vacuum
Just bought a Ryelo moon pod vacuum. They send me a VC205 instead by mistake. I want a complete replacement they instead offering to replace just the stick.
After some amicable conversations we agreed for a return with refund.
Got refunded, thank you. And I am in the process of reordering the Ryelo Moonpod from them hoping to get the right item this time. Thank you.

The model number for the Ryelo Moonpod is VC205, so whilst the item itself is technically correct, I do completely appreciate that you'd prefer to have the item with the relevant branding, and with the flexible tube, exactly as ordered. It was an error on our end, and I sincerely apologise.
We offered to send the flexible tube by itself because it's the fastest way for us to complete your order. It also means you'd have a telescopic tube for free.

The fact that I could purchase the vacuum at its offer price and you would hold it for me until I returned from a month-long trip. Also that, although I appeared to have ignored your emails {I hadn't}, you kept sending them to me. It was that I didn't bother much with them whilst away, then on my return arrangements were made for delivery and item arrived when promised. All was well. Thank you.

The service offered was second to none. Initially we had delivery issues. The courier company sent my camera back.. but the team came through and offered a better model and the camera arrived the day before I needed it. It was a gift for my son.

Excellent customer service in resolving a fault
Fantastic company to deal with. I purchased a new hoover for my elderly Mum but unfortunately it developed a fault. With the excellent support of Olivia and the technical team I was sent the replacement part and everything is perfect. For after sales service and their products I could not fault this company. Quite refreshing to find a customer service department that actual delivers excellent customer service!
