Great product. Great service Easy to order. Very prompt delivery immediately preChristmas. Product ( a Rivexo office chair) seems very good - been using it for 3 weeks now - and is as described. Contacted the team about warranty and got a same day reassuring message that all was in hand.

Fantastic service
We bought a doorbell camera that proved unsuitable for our needs. We left it too late to return the item. However, TechShack were incredibly helpful and sold the item for us on eBay. Although,what we got back was not what we had spent, we were not completely out of pocket. I have never come across a company so willing to go that extra mile.

Further to my contact with the company Monica got in touch and I was offered a full refund on the SD card which I found I didn’t need. Fantastic customer service and I would thoroughly recommend this company which goes the extra mile.

The product arrived promptly. At first sight the computer chair seemed to have a lot of components and I thought it might be complex but the instructions and diagrams were very clear. The assembled chair feels good ergonomically.

Replacement part for a vacuum cleaner
I ordered a replacement part for a vacuum cleaner around lunchtime on Wednesday 31 December. Realistically, I reckoned the earliest likely delivery date would be Monday 5 January. In fact, the package was delivered around lunchtime on Saturday 3 January. Correct product, properly packaged, swiftly delivered: brilliant.

Outstanding customer service
I purchased a digital camera from TechShack as a Christmas gift, however I didn’t like the feel of the camera when it arrived. I called TechShack the following day and they were happy to give me a full refund. I was sent a QR code by email which I took to the post office and they took care of the rest. I wasn’t even charged for the return postage. A full refund was issued within a few working days of the item being received. I would confidently buy from TechShack again A++

This matter was resolved in October 2025. In any case, please be reminded that the moment you reported that the item was incorrect, we immediately offered to remedy the issue with a free return and replacement for the correct item, or a full refund.
You continued to use the item anyway, and then requested an unreasonable 56% refund to keep the item. We issued a generous 30% refund and you got to keep the item.

I had purchased a network extender on…
I had purchased a network extender on the internet and only found that upon receipt that it was not supplied by a UK company and the enclosed instructions were not very clear. So I found that Techshack supplied these devices and contacted them. Their tech support immediately responded and offered to help which got me sorted. Great customer service - much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. Although I had to return my item the Communication from the team, particularly Olivia and Monica was 1st class, the phone was answered immediately which is a rarity nowadays and emails were replied to straight away. I received my refund hassle free.i would 100% recommended techshack.
