Great experience, laptop was a very good price for the specifications and works perfectly. Communications from Tech Bazaar were excellent. Fortunately nothing went wrong so I have not needed their support. I will definitely use again

People were great there, offer me support if anything goes wrong during the warranty and I got best possibe advice for an item regarding my needs.

I'm very happy with the laptop. I would have given it a 5 star rating except that the HDMI port does not work. Rather than return it to you I decided to purchase a USB-C to HDMI Adapter which does allow me to use PowerPoint in Extended monitor mode. It's a nuisance having to do that but I can live with it.

My refurbished computer was in good condition and arrived in time.

Super quick resposne and very happy with my new laptop

Website was quite easy to negotiate. Quite confusing with the number of products but when I called to get help and guidance I felt very comfortable with the call handler, his technical knowledge and manner. No hard sell just factual discussion about the level of laptop I needed. There was a slight complication with my order. I paid in full but my options were not technically possible. A slight initial uneasy feeling but it turned out I had nothing to worry about. The order was handled very well and without fuss. As soon as I had chosen another option the machine was excellently packaged, arrived in a matter of days and I am very pleased with it. Customer service very good. Price at which I could afford and very happy with the condition and working of the laptop. Delivery: nothing to complain about.

I reached out to the Tech Bazaar team to ask a few questions before purchasing. The reply was prompt and helpful and I ordered the laptop. Shipping was very fast (the next day in fact!) and the machine and charger was suitably packaged in bubble wrap in a recyclable cardboard box. I purchased a Grade B+ machine and it’s practically in perfect condition. The machine was ready to go out of the box - I just installed the updates, connected my Microsoft 365 account and I’m all set. I’m delighted with the quality of machine for the price and purchased the extended 1 warranty for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend Tech Bazaar based on the experience so far.

Great computer but way to slow for me, well packaged sent via courier who fully messed up the delivery (lazy) courier arrived day late and very late evening. That is in no way a fault of this company, but feedback so they may want to keep a closer eye on what their courier is doing.
Unboxed computer every thing work straight from the box.
Great laptop but unfortunately not quite quick enough for my needs. Saying that it has worked flawlessly as a server and hasn't missed a beat.
It's on 24/7 has been for few months now.
I keep this on a cooler pad .
On the company: great condition, perfect grading, honest description. In a nutshell most excellent company to buy from.

I had never used them before a month ago. I had to split our order and they realised we had multiple deliveries and emailed me to confirm it was for one place. They delivered it as one. It is rare to get an actual human monitoring the orders. The laptops are all working and in good order. I will be using them again
