Brunnen nach kürzester Zeit defekt, seht schlechte Reklamationsbearbeitung.
Im März 23 einen Brunnen mit LED-Beleuchtung bestellt, die bereits 3 Monate später defekt war. Statt Austausch wurde uns ein Mini-Nachlass von 10% angeboten. Da wir lieber einen vollständig funktionierenden Brunnen wollen, haben wir um Austausch gebeten. Darauf warten wir nun seit 5 Wochen! Auf nochmalige Anfrage kam eine E-Mail (auf französisch!!!) das es mind. Ende September wird. Es kam dafür auch weder ein Angebot über höheren Nachlass noch über die komplette Rückgabe. Nie wieder!

When a product failure is raised with ourselves, we do ask for the initial Troubleshooting steps to be completed as this will then assist us in providing the correct after sale advise - It will also help us determine the cause of the fault especially when dealing with products connected to Gas.
I can see within the correspondence with yourself, we unfortunately had sold out of your particular model which is why free of charge return was offered, in order for us to accept returns our products need to be within the internal/exterior packaging to avoid any damage on the return journey.
However, i can see that a suitable resolution was proposed and accepted between ourselves and we trust that the matter has now been resolved.

Worst company I’ve dealt with
Worst company I’ve dealt with.
Places an order over a month ago.
No order turned up
I contacted them and they advised they had switched couriers, so I gave opportunity to fix.
Still no order.
I then had a courier come to my door for a “collection”??!? I hadn’t even received my order!
I then demanded a refund.
Was told it was requested - after 10days still no refund
I then contacted them again complaining and they then requested the refund? This was 3 days ago.
At the moment still no refund assuming it’s on its way??????

We apologise greatly for receiving a poor delivery service from ourselves/our nominated courier service.
After investigating this incident, i am sincerely sorry for the failures on behalf of the courier - A large number of heavy goods couriers within the UK have experienced an unexpected increase in Volume this year with the administration of one of the largest companies within the network, this means that additional pressure was placed amongst the couriers and their usual services suffered as a consequence.
We understand that they delays that entailed were very frustrating for our customers, it is disappointing that this affected our usual delivery service.
I can also see that the refund has been issued to yourself, we trust that the matter has now been resolved in full.

I am having to go down the middle on…
I am having to go down the middle on this review because it took over 2 weeks for my garden furniture to arrive,
This was no fault of the company at all it was all the fault of there delivery company XPD who are quite easily the worst delivery company in the UK just look at there reviews, if Teamsons change there delivery company this would have been 5 star and all the way because of the 3 ladies that dealt with my order l was in contact daly with Amy Jackie or Rebekah these lady’s are a credit to your company and I would also like to thank there shipping manger (I don’t know his/her name) for sorting out a new delivery with another company.

Terrible delivery, box ratty
Having waited over a month for the garden furniture to arrive, it is finally dumped on the doorstep by a delivery driver who didn't wait for the doorbell to be answered...and no wonder, the box is dirty, previously opened and bashed all over, bits hanging out. This is particularly annoying because this item was ordered as a birthday gift. I would not choose Teamson again.

Good swift service from Teamson
Would of given 5 stars but couldn’t track my delivery courier due to unrecognised tracking number. Luckily my folks were home when their new garden furniture set arrived! Swift delivery though so no complaints. 😊

Not as described and faulty to say the…
Not as described and faulty to say the least. Poor workmanship, screws don't fix into the table top hole. Under table storage does not exist as no bottom! Rang Range where I had purchased this garden furniture through. Over 2 hours on hold on the phone. Trying very hard to return the items but.. all places will not accept the products as too heavy. Small business's providing shipping will not provide a tracking number. Can't even return in person as address is just a warehouse on an industrial estate with no admin staff just forklift drivers. Raised a dispute through PayPal who also say Teamson will not communicate with them either! £ 300 out of pocket, garage blocked with boxes and PayPal exhausted by them and have put an alert on their file and are looking into prohibiting them from using PayPal for other customers. Personally think the company is about to go under hence the recent reviews here expressing the same concerns. Shoddy customer service, closed when they say open, refusing to comply with the sales laws. Do not use this company. Will seek legal advice.

I have made an order for a water…
I have made an order for a water feature and they couldn't deliver it on time. I was working on a timeline and so ended up cancelling the order. I had ordered the water feature for a customer and ended up compensating them and I have raised it with Teamson and they were rude and inconsiderate. Don't do business with them if you are working on a deadline.

Very Disappointing after sales "Service"

Very Dissapointed. Reasonable enough products but utterly lacking in after sales care - or even interest.
In September of 2022 I bought a large water feature in Spain from Mano Mano. It was supplied by Teamson UK Ltd. I paid 147,50€ for this item - a not inconsiderable sum.
After about 4 months, the pump stopped working. I contacted the reseller, Mano Mano who directed the question to Teamson. Teamson responded that I should try clean the pump, which I did. No joy.
Teamson offered a partial refund, which I accepted. But said refund whilst offered, was never actually given. I then asked Teamson if they could supply a new pump. Nope. They don't sell parts separately, and suggested I look on the internet for a new pump!! I subsequently sourced a new pump of the exact type and with the requisite lighting connections from Ali Express - at my expense, of course because despite being less than a year old, guarantees don't really seem to mean much to this company.
So a few more months down the track - STILL less than a year old and the LED's start failing. Back I go to Mano Mano who once again as reseller direct the query to Teamson UK. Back comes the response. "Sorry, we don't sell replacement LED's"
Great, so once again, I am now left to trawl the internet and try and find some rather oddly shaped LED's seemingly specific to this feature - again, at my expense, because once again, guarantees are not worth anything.
To say I am very very disappointed in Teamson UK is perhaps understating it. It's one thing to sell a product - and not a cheap product either - but then surely one can expect a reasonable level of after sales support for the product, not just "sorry we don't sell parts separately"
If anyone from Teamson UK actually reads this, and actually cares, I say just this: You need to lift your game. After sales support and service is just as important as providing the original equipment. Its unethical, whatever excuse you choose to make, to provide an item, then refuse to support it.
I shall NOT be buying anything from Teamson UK ever again and I would urge anyone reading this to consider the lack of customer service and after sales support before committing themselves.

Unfortunately i am unable to locate your order details on our system so cannot see the full correspondence.
When we are notified of product failures, we will always endeavor to provide replacement items/parts - However, when we do not have the option for this a partial refund can then be actioned, as you have stated this appears to have been the case and the refund amount accepted in the understanding that you were able to source a replacement part independently to resolve the fault - The partial refund amount was issued to you in the understanding that this was to be used to purchase the required part meaning the cost was covered by Teamson.
With regards to the LED lights, until i have your order details - I am unable to see the order dates which will assist in the investigation into this.
We do very much try to provide the best after sale care possible given the product circumstances/part availability/matter surrounding the incident - We are sorry if this was not reciprocated and if we have let you down on this occasion.

awaiting delivery of fire pit ordered…
awaiting delivery of fire pit ordered at gardeners world, was advised delivery was by end of last week.No firepit and no email to advise of any delay. Called office today to make sure all ok and answerphone on stating shut even though during the office hours they say are open. I understand things can be delayed but you need to keep customers in the loop. If dont hear anything within the week will contact card company as no email order confirmation or anything. Would b a 1 star but the lady at show was lovely. Pls sort out the after customer services so can give better feedback.

Very very disappointing-update
Now over a week and although apparently my order is dispatched ( I paid extra for quick delivery), the tracking number does not seem to exist!!, I have heard nothing else, even though I have also emailed the company too, very very disappointed, especially as I heard about you at bbc good food exhibition in Birmingham, so took that as a recommendation. I think my next step will to be in touch with them. Now all sorted, had trouble with delivery company, though a small favour, best let customer know rather than have them needing to get in touch
