My organization has been using TeamSnap to coordinate multiple competitive robotics teams for K-12 students. We love it - it helps reduce the administrative burden so we can focus on our students and our projects.

Manager of 5 teams! The web version has some features that aren't available on the app, like the ability to add attachments to emails and formatting. However, it's still very limited and not as customizable as I'd like. The emails don't automatically pick up web addresses and hyperlink them, so you have to link manually. And it's a little slow transitioning between tabs. I need a little more flexibility in recurring events...like allowing for you to select multiple days on a weekly schedule when practices are M and W and being able to skip weekends for events that are daily. It would also be fantastic since I manage multiple teams to have the option to set up events and have them applied to multiple teams or a better way of importing events between teams. The export/import process really only works with games and is pretty clunky.

Only use teamsnap for my kids hockey and baseball every season. Easy to use, update and keep track of the teams and all of the events.

No other team management site compares!

I was first introduced to TeamSnap about 2 years ago and I find it’s the best thing possible to keep your sports team organized and in the loop with all info necessary

Our team has been using TeamSnap for many years now and it's an essential tool for scheduling and communicating to the entire team.

I think that advertising show reduce the price and we show be allowed more students on the list because I would like to give the information to manager and some parents that are not on the team.

The fact that you cannot control the attendance and produce daily, weekly and yearly attendance reports is rather disappointing and a major component of running a sports academy in any sport.

This tool is an essential piece of our team member - parent - coach communication system!

Some great features but also some technical issues that are cumbersome. Such as having to manually invite secondary email addresses. Invites should be sent to all all addresses automatically, not just the first listed all address.

i'd be lost without this

I manage my daughter's soccer team and this app is incredibly user friendly! It provides us with all the necessary info and we LOVE the live score updates for family and teammates that are unavailable to come. ALL of our communication goes through this app. I recommend it to all the other sports families I know!

Transition for payment option on pc is poorly implemented.

Great site for managing one or multiple teams or children. We have 4 kids in multiple sports and it is perfect!
