Also every year I check if there's any viable options for biodegradable shipping bags, but unfortunatley nothing yet. Someday I'm sure though.
I have been a Tea Life Customer for some time and although I buy infrequently, my order is dealt with straight away and arrives when expected.
My most favourite tea is Dandelion Chai. If caffeine isn't on your menu I highly recommend it.
I have recently purchased Butterfly Blue Pea Flower Tea.
I smells amazing and looks wonderful in your cup. I'm still discovering how strong to make it as the flavour is very delicate. The same delicacy applies to Linden Tea. It has a very gentle in taste and smell, especially compared to Chai or Butterfly Tea but it's very calming and settling to sit with and sip.

I always buy the peppermint tea. Is always good - I assume sometimes due to batches that sometimes it is better than others.. better flavour.. but on the whole - great tea

Hi Luke, Yes we sometimes switch between two different suppliers. I think current batch is from Bulgaria and fairly new.
We're all have good an bad experience from online purchasing. But this guys are brilliant, I did order from them second time and best quality products delivered on time.!!!very happy with the service...Highly recommended!!!

Hi Bridget, we actually disaptch in 48 hour cycles but I think overall pretty fast. Using only Au Post at the moment also helps. We've had minimal shipping problems since only using them.

Thanks for your review jodee. Yes recently we've lowered the free shipping mark to $100 for NZ along with the shipping services being pretty stable now with no returns. I think I just had to get my HS codes right :)

I was a bit reluctant to order after checking trustpilot to be honest, but with a lack of good alternatives, I still ordered and am very pleased I did.
The delivery was super quick, the tea is packed very well and extremely aromatic. Their pricing was very reasonable too and the range is huge. I was after some very specific herbs, that are not often available in a blend or even separate, but tealife had them all. Will definitely order again and can only recommend ordering if they caught your interest!

Thank you - yes we focus on harder to find teas along with some of the more common ones too. I think there's 300+ now, somehow. I hope our warehouse can fit a bit more.
Placed an order and glad I paid with PayPal because after paying nothing happened. No invoice, no order confirmation, no shipping notice. I contacted them days later (by email) asking what is happening with my order, but no response. Then I got spammed by them with product promotions so I decided to ring. They denied the order, told me no such invoice number is theirs (off the paypal invoice) couldnt find me as a customer, and told me I'd paid a different business so go and ring them. I read out the information on paypal (theirs) and told him to log into his paypal account. He then had trouble searching paypal. In the end I told him to cancel and refund. He refunded PRODUCT ONLY not the shipping (it shows immediately in paypal) so after some more blah blah and stalling he refunded the rest.
For a website that brags thousands of happy happy customers and is a supplier to some pretty heavy duty places, I was suprised to see they havent been in business very long, and don't seem to know how to do a search on PayPal and dont have a system which automates order placements (and payments!!!!)
Have a read through their website before ordering, and you might find other "interesting" (???) things of note.

I did respond to this, not sure where the response went. Basically in this case
- the incorrect email was given at first, which slowed me down a lot.
- the customer kept talking over me while I was trying to resolve the problem, which slowed me down further.
- I did make the shipping mistake due to the two above reasons.
I think this was resolved in the end though.
