I recently completed the 120-Hour TEFL certificate on teacherrecord.com. I found it by looking at Reddit, on giving a chance at a free certificate before moving on to a paid course. It is self-paced, which allows you to complete it on your own time. I found the content and quizzes to be engaging, but also tested me properly on what I was learning as the units went along. I found the courses on English grammar specifically helpful, given that being a native English speaker can often cause you to get lost on what the exact science of the language is while teaching it. I think it's a good starter course that's perfect for someone wanting to dip their feet into teaching English as a foreign language. I only gave it one less star because there were some formatting and grammar issues with the course that sometimes made it difficult to follow.

This free course is supposedly 120hours and accredited but it took far less than that (native speaker) and wasn't well written/contained some errors so may not be as good quality as a paid one.
