Used TDS Removals twice in the last 4 months
I've used TDS Removals twice in the last four months to help with two separate moves, and both experiences were great. Costi was polite and professional, and he and his team worked at a fast pace without compromising care or attention to detail. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removals company.

We were recommended by a friend
We were recommended this company by a friend and weren't disappointed. Costi and team turned up the day before to pack everything and it was all done by early afternoon...very impressed. Everything was packed extremely well with jo breakages!! On the day of the move they all arrived on time and we were very impressed with the order that the rooms were emptied. They were extremely careful with all our belongings and they moved us to Dorset in no time at. They were also very considerate with flooring covering. We would definitely recommend!

Great experience
Great experience with Costi, Leo, Dragos and Florin. Communicative, polite, very hardworking. They dealt with a tricky sofa disssembly really well, and tried hard (and succeeded) to work out a solution rather than give up. They did everything really quickly and efficiently, would recommend.

Good but could have been a lot better and less stressful
Good communication all the way till the remove date. Removal men were very helpful and did a great job on the day.
My move date moved and due to this, TDS had charged me an extra £300 for using a sister company to provide a van. It’s fine, this is on us - our buyer had issues so it took longer but wasn’t happy that we had to pay extra.
Sadly the removal men damaged one of our units (fell out of the van) and also we were told we were going to her 4 wardrobe boxes per van on the day (2 vans so 8). Only 4 wardrobe boxes turned up meaning we had to take a lot of wardrobe clothes in our car. We were relying on this being correct.
We also required more crates - we purchased 40 for the day but they were never able to drop more off to us so we (despite giving 2 weeks notice) ended up buying boxes from Amazon and Argos,
Crates are still outside the house right now after 2 weeks as they had delays in picking them up. Hoping they are gone today.
Would have given 5 star simply on the removal men but have to be honest here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear that the removal team was helpful on the day, but we’re genuinely sorry for the issues you experienced around the schedule change, equipment availability, and the damage to your unit. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the additional cost caused by the last-minute date change, but we completely understand your frustration. We also apologise for the shortage of wardrobe boxes and the delay with both crate delivery and collection — this should have been better coordinated.
We’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again, and we would like to resolve the outstanding concerns for you. Please feel free to get in touch with us directly so we can sort everything out properly. Thank you again for your honesty — it helps us improve
A stress-free move
Went above and beyond what was asked. Pleased with the attitude and courtesy shown. Understood when I needed to pack more boxes and provided boxes and tape
