The item wasn't delivered on time.
I chased them, and after insisting they provide proof was sent a picture 'proving' it was delivered to me. But the picture was of the box propped outside my closed front door. So not delivered to me in person but left close to the pavement.
They refused to take responsibility.
Eventually I tracked the parcel down to a neighbour, but only after they refused a refund. Never again.

The product was what I wanted at a good price (shelves for shed) but what impressed was the customer service. I'd ordered next day delivery but as there it was a bank holiday weekend Chris e-mailed me to advise on options to getthe order delivered quickly & saved me the cost of next day delivery.

As described, great product and delivered fast. Very happy.

I purchased this 'GARDEN TROLLEY and Sack Liner, All Terrain Gravel Soil Gardening Wheelbarrow Cart'. The trolley looks great and I do like the large wheels however, there was no assembly instructions and despite being a toolmaker to trade it took me two hours to assemble the lower section (platform, wheels and control arm). The upper structure however is a VERY different story. NONE of the holes are aligned and I have to wonder why the corner toggles have an arm when there is no cam action? If you like spending a day trying this way and that way this is the trolley for you. I'm off now to engineer a fix to the upper miss-aligned holes.

I was pleased with service.
I feel product material was a bit flimsy but time will tell.

I bought a size H (158mm x 90mm) neoprene pouch. It's a tight fit for my Cubot King CS, which is 155x81x15mm in size, but OK.

Atrocious company! They will not help when things go wrong, even when an investigation shows that the parcel wasn't received. They refuse to put in a claim to get your money back and just keep repeating they can't take any further action in relation to the item. They don't take any action!!! I had to raise a dispute with PayPal in the end. Use them by all means but keep your fingers crossed the courier doesn't leave them in an unsafe place so they are taken.

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address, they won't refund or replace as the courier has provided a photo of it being delivered (to a house that isn't mine). Every time I try to resolve it, they just reply "we are unable to take any further action on this order". Awful company, avoid at all costs. Should be shut down.

Honest company, easy to order and items arrived on time and in perfect condition.
