Earlier this year, our experience with TBK Tiles was extremely disappointing. At first, Gary was quick to take our money and process the order, but once payment was made, he simply stopped caring about customer service.
We had an issue with two of the tiles being rough, which Gary brushed off, saying âthe tiles are just like that.â After visiting their showroom, I confirmed this wasnât trueâit was just the top two tiles in the crate that were defective, however he instructed not to open the rest of the crate to check, so this was only confirmed later. Trying to return them was an exhausting process. Gary ignored all of my texts and emails. To this date he hasnt replied to a single email, including an initial email simply asking for a digital version of my receipt. Initially, he insisted we return the entire heavy crate. When the driver came, the lift wasnât even strong enough to move it. Only after calling customer service with the driver did I get told I could return just the top two tiles. Even then, it took far too long to receive the credit.
In the middle of this frustrating process, TBK had the audacity to ring me asking for a 5-star review, praising Garyâs âextensive experience.â Clearly they are desparate to improve upon their sub-standard reviews without addressing the service itself. When I asked them about my ongoing issue, they provided no solution at all. Garyâs so-called years of experience only translated into arrogance and dismissiveness.
We had five bathrooms to do in our house including fittings and thank goodness we only trialed TBK on one. Despite having a nice showroom, they are not worth the stress. Youâre far better off going to one of the many other tile showrooms in the Park Royal / Acton area, where customer service actually exists.

Go for Jigna for a consultation
We had a consultation with an experienced designer Jigna for our main and second bathroom renovation project.
We told how we would want and she came up with a various ideas. She is also acknowledge of the background of the supplier companies and its products. We really had a productive consultation time with her.
TBK showroom has a quite lots of range of tiles and bathroom sanitaries. Recommend to book a consultation with Jgna if you do a bathroom renovation!

Outstanding service
This is our third bathroom from TBK. We have always found them excellent. They stock really interesting modern stylish products of great quality. I have had dealings with Dee but more with Abdul who is based on the first floor . Both were extremely helpful . Their services were excellent. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.i am yet to arrange for the delivery of my tiles and hoping there will be no issues with that too.i will definitely recommend them . I visited their showroom and then sent them an email. The lady I spoke with in the 'luxury' area upstairs was generally rude and unhelpful. She preferred to sit at her desk eating a sandwich and had minimal interest in helping customers. I followed up with an email but was completely turned off when she replied with an extremely rude email. Don't bother contacting this company. Seeing the negative reviews here especially about her, I can understand why that is and it reflects on the business that they still retain her. In the end we chose Roccia roccia.com/

Rude staff
The two stars are for the quality tiles we bought. Agim is very nice who works in the warehouse and does deliveries. Nazdah was very very chatty when selling us the tiles but very rude and obnoxious when I returned one box of tiles for refund. She kept repeating in her rude manner that if I didnât check the card details matched she will do nothing more about it, thatâs it, sheâs done her bit, even if I donât get my refund to the bank properly. Needs training in good manners and courtesy when speaking with customers! They have a good choice of tiles but beware when you get your refund from Nazdah because you can expect to be rushed and she has zero customer care skills at this point. Itâs a shame really they have good tiles but when the staff behave so arrogantly you would rather walk out than buy from them.

Send less tiles than ordered, promise to send out extra. After waiting a month I asked for a refund. 2 months later and multiple reminders, no refund. Sadly will have to report to my credit card.
