Something weird is happening with that company, they spam job offer on job website (indeed and such) and when you apply all you get is the direction to get on a gov funded course, even if you have all the necessary experience and qualifications. tried to reach out on facebook, their email and even answering the email they sent me, no answer keep getting ignored, sure look like attempt or scam to get governement funding, with no job offer behind.

I finished my level 3 cybersecurity course and was instructed by Brian L.
He was a fantastic instructor but a great person also, I am forever grateful for his patience with me and my circumstances and definitely will be paying his kindness forwards to others.

I missed getting into a course due to poor customer service and enrolment process. Sharan Rai (Learning Recruitment Advisor) contacted me about joining a course. I replied on a Wednesday asking to be enrolled. Didn't hear anything until next Monday when I chased (for the 3rd time) only to be told by her that the course was full. No apologies. Considering these courses and institution exist to help people in unemployment who are trying to find work, this is very disappointing. I asked to speak to a manager, I never received a reply either.

The course was really interesting. It gave me the knowledge and skills needed for real work.

Great experience overall. The training was well organised, and the staff were supportive and helpful throughout. The course content was useful and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

I had a tutor called Richard Robinson he was great he explained everything to people which helped and with my dyslexia he put me at ease and I got through the course with ease so thanks for all the help

It a good experience though a thorough exercise and the experience exceeded my expectations. The course was well-structured, My tutor Mohammad Ali was very supportive through out the learning process and I gained practical skills in cybersecurity and networking that I can confidently apply in real world situations.

A fantasic course that takes you to the heart of Network security. A good foundation for anyone wishing to take that career path.

Fantastic course!

This course was great from start to finish, I had embarked on a level 3 certificate condensed into the span of 4 weeks which can be a tough ask for most, but the steps are broken down manageably, support is thorough and my tutor Mohammad was very supportive and attentive to my needs and questions throughout, I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to find an IT role, and they even offer CV and job interview support!

Completed the L3 Certificate in Networking & Cyber Security, very intense short course but comprehensive and gives a good level of knowledge for starting out in this sector. My trainer Ali was very friendly and helpful, great subject knowledge. I'd highly recommend doing a course with them if you're given the chance.

Overall, the course was delivered well, Mohammad Ali Afgan was a fantastic tutor, 10/10 considering the limitations he has to work with. However the course is quite intensive and leaners would benefit from an increased timeframe to both complete the work required and develop further skills that would support job roles within the sector as there was little opportunity to expand on the important topics. The practical's were done step-by-step from videos so I did not feel I actually understood how to implement the work covered in the theory. I don't see how this course can lead into job roles and is unlikely this is anything more than a company offering courses for financial benefit. But with no cost to the learner, you may as well gain a certificate if nothing else.

Recently completed a Networking and Cyber Security course. The course was intense with a lot crammed into the time but completely achievable if you put in the effort. The tutor was knowledgeable and helpful and ensured everyone on the course had all the help needed to successfully complete the course.

It was a great form of Structure for the course time, yet the Microsoft teams systems did cause some issues. Mohammad was a good lecturer with the confines of time he had and the group members were amazing people. There was a bit of a lack in clearity where the certification might apply to or what careers we could take with the course. If there was an aditional suplemantory lab or practical course to build foundations on, would prove more reliable and useful.

I feel that my expectations have been met. Ali was responsive to issues, quick to turn around requests for feedback, and provided thorough support throughout the course. Despite the short timeframe and the density of the material to be covered I feel that I received a solid understanding of the core subject matter.

Highly recommended. If you want to change career, especially if it is in the digital world, this is the place to learn it. I could do it from the comfort of my own home. It did give my brain quite the workout. I did Digital and IT skills level 2 and now I know where my strengths are and look forward to progressing them. Thankyou so much Michelle Williams, my tutor, for your patience, understanding and for being so down to earth. You are a gem to back2work. You need a pay rise!

Can't say a single thing to have been improved for my experience.
My tutor, Michelle, gave 150% effort to each day despite her own concerns away from the course, making sure that each learner had all of the support and resources to get though each assessment with as little stress as possible.
The course features a healthy mix of practical assessments working on several programs that one would use in their career working in the industry, along with some written assessments sprinkled in (never more than 5 or 6 questions, takes up perhaps 20% of all assessments)
Shame I can't give 6 stars or more

The course was interesting and helped me improve my Digital and IT skills. The tutors on the course are knowledgeable, extremely welcoming, and provide a comfortable working environment for all.
