If a massive corporation hires Taylor Wessing to fight you, congratulations — it means you are definitely in the right. We faced Dr. Patrick Zurheide and his team not as clients, but as the opposing party (we didn't even file the original request, but dealt with the aftermath).

The remaining 3 stars are our sincere gratitude for how much they helped our side. If you ever find yourself up against this firm, here are two pieces of advice you need to know:

Tip #1: Expect infinite stalling. Their primary legal strategy is dragging out deadlines. Just one stupid, meaningless question from them will guarantee you a 31-day waiting period. Be patient.

Tip #2: The PDF Surprise. When they finally send you "redacted" legal documents hiding sensitive corporate data, don't panic. Just open the file in any professional PDF editor (like Acrobat or Illustrator). Click on the black rectangles they drew over the text, and hit "Delete". Surprise! All the highly confidential data is right there underneath, in plain text.

Thank you, Doctor, for exposing a major tech giant's secrets simply because your highly-paid team doesn't know how to flatten a PDF file. Highly recommended... if you are their opponent!

Horrible and Idiotic. Applied For H&S role. Got all the way to final interview. Had a message from HR to schedule a call which they insist only to get a rejection and feedback. Who does that? Especially for a lawfirm i would expect a rejection email not a call to reject. Im glad i ddnt get the job.

I am giving this two stars for one reason only: after a dispute, they returned our initial deposit without needing to go to court. For that, we acknowledge their eventual compliance.

However, the journey to that point was shocking.

Our case was lost because Taylor Wessing's team simply missed the court date. This is an unbelievable and catastrophic failure for any law firm.

Following this, the situation got worse. They initially refused the refund, demanded we pay them thousands more, and threatened to leak our sensitive client database to the public and our competitor if we didn't comply. We also discovered a massive, undisclosed conflict of interest, as they were also working with our opponent.

While we appreciate getting the deposit back, they offered zero apologies for the lost case, the unethical threats, or the stress they caused. Returning the money doesn't erase the gross negligence and predatory behavior we experienced. We would still strongly caution any business against using their services.

As an IT company with a half-billion-dollar capitalization, our expansion into the European market is a critical strategic initiative. We selected Taylor Wessing to navigate this complex legal and regulatory landscape.

The team assigned to us consists of exceptional specialists. Their expertise and strategic foresight have been invaluable. Our initial planned investment for this phase was $200 million. While this budget has been fully utilized and the project is momentarily paused, the foundational work is solid.
