Outward trip was fine, return trip was a disaster. Taxi llyreserved for hotel at 10 am, alternative finally arrived to pick us up at 1:40 pm.
Drivers were both good, drove safely.

Company outsourced the job to uber! Car wasn’t booked until after the original agreed collection time so we were over an hour late

Am very happy with this service. Really nice driver that i knew too. So was very relaxing. Very kind. Would definitely use this service again. No problems whatsoever. Pet friendly. No problems whatsoever. Thank you so much.😃🐾

I booked a taxi through Bexley Taxis, it then turned out that company was a front for a company called YDRIV, and was communicating on the night with Taxis Network.
We pre‑booked a taxi a month in advance for a wedding, scheduled for 00:30. I received a confirmation text from Taxis Network at 6:30pm for this booking. One minute before the pickup time, we were informed that the driver had cancelled. By 00:35, the company told us there were no other drivers available and they could not complete our trip.
This left us stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way to get home. Everyone else from the wedding had already left, as carriages were arranged for 12:30am, and only after this did the company tell us they couldn’t collect us.
When I tried to raise a complaint and asked for the name of someone to contact, they refused to help any further.
Awful service and zero reliability. There is no point in pre‑booking and paying for a taxi a month in advance if you’re going to be abandoned in the middle of the night. Would not recommend.

Was phoned the day before to confirm and was kept informed of taxis arrival. Taxi arrived on time. Nice car although air conditioning would have been nice as was a hot day.

Communication was poor on the day of. Booked a 3am airport transfer for the purposes of avoiding stress and not being late. Was only given the drivers name and number, no car registration, no tracking. Driver was over 10 mins late with no warning or updates of being late. I'm a single woman living in a busy part of london so didn't appreciate being left standing on the street wondering where my driver was at 3am. Driver was pleasant when he arrived and he managed to make up the time on the motorway but complete lack of communication started my trip off on a stressful note and the dispatch team were not apologetic.

A simple message in advance apologising for the delay and providing the car details would have completely changed the experience. Also more proactivity from dispatch instead of just telling me to keep calling the driver.

Our driver was great… he had a very difficult journey…, but he was cool and calm throughout.
I didn’t get his name.. he is a nice bloke.

Great communication, perfectly on time and a smooth ride, all in a really decent price. All I could ask for.

Good value for taking the cat to the vet. Not all taxis accept pets and charge a premium. Very good service and reliable. Easy booking with instant quote. Smooth and safe driving. Kind and friendly staff. Would book again.

I travelled from Canada to London Heathrow airport. Booked my taxi online prior to leaving on credit card. Upon arrival my phone and new SIM card for Europe wouldn’t work. Therefore could not retrieve whatsapp msgs. Driver tried to connect with me and waited an hour and a half. Not knowing where to meet my party went to the outside where it noted taxis……. Man approached we showed our proof of payment he said yes get in here… turns out to be the wrong company so we had to pay again first time 47 GBP and second time. I still have no idea where we we’re supposed to meet. Please ensure your email confirmation to clients have clear instructions of where your cab company is waiting…..

Taxi arrived on time, driver polite and professional got me to the station on time.

Awful communication, cancelled last minute without informing me and were very challenging when trying to rearranged.

Moved onto a different company to resolve as these guys are absolutely hopeless. Nearly missed my flight.

Flight was early and that had been spotted so the cab was waiting for me despite being 45 mins before the agreed pick up time

Utterly appalling. Booked car 2 days in advance for King's Cross. Received a phone call confirmation the night before and all ok.
Come the day no car, the driver isn't picking up his phone. They'll send another car. Phone me to say 5 mins actually 10 mins and at 1 point I was told the car was outside. I was......the car wasn't. I missed my train obviously !
I too believed this was a mini cab service and not connected to Uber.

I used this company for a return trip and cancelled the return for which they advised me that a refund had been issued on the 21st December 2025. I have contacted them numerous times as I have not received the refund, I get a response but to date have not done so. Be wary of using this company as there was also a problem with the pick up.

I booked rides for a wedding through this company thinking they were a local taxi company. They actually request for you via local taxi companies so it's kind of pot luck what you get. We almost missed the ceremony because the driver was late, and turned up in a car that wouldn't fit all the passengers we'd requested. When I complained they didn't really care. The ride home with different company was completely fine. Next time I'll book direct through a taxi company instead.
