Terrible
Terrible. Been a customer for more than two years and then keep putting the prices up even when companies only have one or two transactions and are still in product development stage and then they don’t send reminders or are proactive with filing. Ok top of that the website is poor and doesn’t work right now to log in.

I have used Taxscouts for numerous years who are now Taxfix. This year like previous the service has been excellent. Website is easy to navigate, the person who is assigned to you is always at hand to answer any queries.

Great online communication system.
You cannot go it alone with tax being as complicated as it is and should saves you money. Online system works well and email chasers speed things up.
Over time have my history so useful if the tax man wants something more.
