From my initial enquiry through to producing the accounts, I had a really efficient service from taxez & Rizwan who dealt with our case. As new business owners we didn't have prior experience of what was required to submit the accounts to companies house and the return for corporation tax to HMRC, however this was made really straightforward using taxez's dashboard to upload all the relevant documentation, plus one email to clarify a few questions. Rizwan responded to the documentation we provided and turned around our case on the same day the accounts were due, which wasn't expected at all. I couldn't recommend their services highly enough and have complete faith in using them for future years.

“The team at Taxez were top-notch. I left my accounts far too late, and they were becoming overdue. Taxez jumped in, efficient as ever, and finalised everything needed. Punctual as always. Highly recommend for anyone considering them.

I’ve been trying to close my limited company since January, and despite repeated requests and follow-ups, it’s now November and nothing has been finalised. My accounts are still not submitted, meaning they are at risk of being filed late, which could lead to penalties — entirely due to the company’s delays and lack of communication.

My business has had no trading activity since December 2023 and has been operating at a loss, yet I was charged over £550 for accounts and closure. This is completely unreasonable for a small, loss-making business with minimal activity.

I’ve repeatedly explained my financial hardship and asked for a reduction or goodwill adjustment, but responses have been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I’ve also had to chase several times just to get access to my accounts and a working payment link.

After years of loyalty and trusting their advice to keep my limited company open, I feel completely let down. There’s been no empathy, no urgency, and no accountability. I would strongly advise other small business owners and sole traders to look elsewhere for honest, supportive accountancy services.
