I wish i read the reviews before exploring the site. I created an account and was filling the information, did not even finish the application and they just filled a tax return on my name with all the wrong information because i did not add anything like expenses or what ever. Its scary how they can do that

I Just needed to fulfil some informations and everything was done by TaxBack without any problem.
And everything was clear and easy to understand

My experience with this company was far from satisfactory. They charge exorbitant fees, taking 20% of your tax return plus additional costs like processing and transfer fees. The process is extremely slow, largely due to their lack of organization. They request a huge amount of documents, some of which need to be sent to their main office in Ireland, incurring further costs.

To make matters worse, they ask for certain documents at various stages rather than at the beginning, causing unnecessary delays and additional expenses. The cumulative fees are staggering. The only redeeming quality is their responsiveness via email or chat, but that alone doesn’t justify using their service.

I strongly recommend finding another company for your tax return needs or handling it yourself, which would be faster and free of charge.

Very disappointing. I worked with the Irish team. They are very slow in replying your messages (it takes days or weeks) and generally a very poor experience. They told me about 3 months ago that I could get tax returns. Since then never heard back from them. Now revenue is asking me to pay a lot of money as result of them filing the wrong statement of liability. It's ridiculous!
