they are in trade with ctf refunds who are trying to con me out of £999 plus vat for something they havent done threatening me with a ccj grow up you and them have both been reported for fraud as ive contacted you and got no reply when ive asked for the relevant documents relating to this

Hassle you and use illegal tactics to push you into giving them your personal data, when you ask for what data they have on you they lie and say they can’t give you anything specific, caused me a lot of stress and anxiety for no reason, harassing me for money, when I said I want my data they then quickly quietened down, messed up my HMRC as it looked like I was self employed. Took ages to sort! I NEVER want to hear them the scammers again as that’s all they are, fake and superficial “company”

You can’t get hold of anyone , the amount they quoted to receive back from HMRC is incorrect & as a result of their calculations I now owe HMRC money . Utterly ridiculous

Anyone who writes a review saying they got paid is a liar,go online there address is a kebab shop,use the phone number that's on there website(its dead ,doesn't even ring),TRY ANSWERING EMAILS,because if I say im pulling out ,you'll ph9ne me straight away saying I owe you money,you've got my money from the government and your keeping it

Tax Bax meant to be representing me and they never get in contact I seem to be doing all the work but they expect me to pay them if I receive my refund they are always offline

I have had no communication from this company as soon as I done everything that was asked for . It has been months with nothing , the emails they sent I have since replied and now they are not working , the numbers are not working and they never even respond to emails . Please do not use as I feel they claim your money and then ghost you .

Why I have to pay you £298 just because I didn't want to go ahead with the application??

Pretty sure I got scammed of my tax, they kept calling and emailing me when I wasn't signing the document to come on board (literally 3 times a day for 2 weeks) because I was making my mind. Once I did tho they ghosted me, I texted called emailed no response whatsoever. You are warned!
